I had a 1 month stay and everything was perfect. The hotel is affordable, has daily cleaning services, and a very nice living area. The neighborhood is pretty central and safe. Train stop is just in front, bus stops pretty close. Staff very supportive. So far, perfect.

This hotel is great . Budget hotel with a continental breakfast which was spot on . We stayed for 4 nights and because it is situated within the train station it was a great base to explore Düsseldorf. Clean . Comfortable . Air con . My only negative was a bar person named Ralf . We were in the hotel bar when the queen died and wanted to watch the news in English . No one else in the hotel bar was watching other than us . I went to Ralf who was behind the bar and asked if he could change the Chanel . He said he did not understand my question . I repeated the channel number to him and he replied . Again , I do not understand the question and then stared at me. I was very shocked that he was being so rude and unprofessional in front of other customers. I was very embarrassed that he treat me this way . Our party of 6 adults were very affected by the passing of the queen and I could not understand why he would be so cruel to not let us watch what was on the television in English . We left to go elsewhere after this . As a Hotel all your staff were lovely except this individual. He certainly should not be in a customer facing job if he thinks the way he treat me was acceptable

We stayed here for a night before flying from DUS in the early morning and had a good stay in total. The hotel is brand new, so that the interior is very modern and neat. Also the room size and interior design was way better than in other Ibis Hotels. The staff was friendly and the location makes it easy to walk over to the airport terminal. Besides that, everything was clean. Only minus point is that the hotel bar was still closed, but the Novotel next door was happy to serve us.

We stayed here to visit the 'Final Fantasy - Distant Worlds' concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, which is close to the hotel (about a 15 minute walk) and made it the ideal choice to stay. There's plenty of parking space (underneath the hotel), and there's public transport nearby (Tram 705) that leads directly to the city center. (about a 15-20 minutes ride) We found out that you can buy tickets on the tram itself at a ticket-machine and decided to buy 48-hours free-traveling tickets, which had a nice reduction in price if bought for multiple travelers. The hotel itself is a budget hotel with limited staff and doesn't have its own restaurant (so no option for an included breakfast), but there are two restaurants in the same building that can facilitate breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had a very decent lunch at the cloud-kitchen myself. The other restaurant is an all-you-can-eat&drink, which we enjoyed as well. The rooms of the hotel are small, decent and clean. All the usual facilities were there (an okay shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer, etc.) but don't expect too much luxury. I was pleasantly surprised however, that the window possessed a roll-down-shutter system. I like my room dark at night ;) Also, checking out it easy. You simply don't have to. ;) The doors do unlock after the checkout time however, so that the cleaners can do their job. The personal code to unlock your door will become invalid after that time. The only real drawback to this hotel is that it doesn't have air-conditioning in its rooms (it does have a radiator). We were here in March, so no issues there, but I can imagine the rooms can become really hot during summer. All-in-all the place definitely offers great value for its price/night, and would definitely stay here again if there's another concert to our liking! =)

I was there repeatedly. Yes, as the previous speakers have said, the hotel is showing its age and could do with a renovation in some places. ”Garni” category. But for me it didn't matter. The room was clean. Nice staff, adequate breakfast. You really don't need more in Düsseldorf. Booked online directly with the hotel, 69 euros (weekdays) for 2 people including breakfast, there is no second time in and around Düsseldorf. This hotel is definitely not for couch potatoes.

It is very close to the airport and the price is relatively cheap. Very convenient. The facilities are very rudimentary. Will go to sleep. The room is small. Went early without breakfast. Could not comment. . . . It is a good choice for less demanding packages. Of course, it is best to drive by yourself. Quiet. There are several supermarkets nearby. Need to drive. Very good, the location is near the commercial street, and it is quite close to the subway station. The young lady at the front desk was very good and I stayed in advance. The room has a separate shower but the toilet is outside, but it is also very convenient. There are not many breakfast styles but there is no problem with eating. I am very satisfied. I booked this hotel during the exhibition. This kind of hotel chain will not be unexpected in all aspects, just like KFC and McDonald's all over the world. I forgot to take pictures, but what I can tell you is that it is very clean and tidy, the room is not big but it is sufficient, the management is good, and the transportation is convenient to get out of the subway. Very close to the city center, very satisfied!
