Yosemite View Lodge

Stayed for 2 nights in two rooms with two queen beds. The rooms come with a stove for light cooking, a microwave, and a fridge, which was convenient. However, the fridge in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. One thing to note is that housekeeping is available upon request, but this wasn’t communicated to us when we checked in, so it would have been helpful to know in advance. The staff were a mixed experience—some were friendly and welcoming, while others were not as warm. The location, however, is good and convenient for visiting Yosemite. The lobby lounge was definitely a highlight. It’s a very chill and relaxing space to sit and unwind. The lobby shop also has a good variety of souvenirs, and there’s a small shop selling snacks and drinks, which is convenient. Overall, a decent stay with a great location and some nice amenities, though there are a few areas where communication and service could be improved.

reat location, very close to the park entrance. The game room was a nice touch and would be great for groups or friends. There are also several pools around the property. There was no cell service in the area, but the hotel Wi-Fi worked well. The room was clean and comfortable overall.

This lodge is amazing! Don’t let the negative reviews discourage you. The location is absolutely amazing—just a scenic 15-minute drive from the Yosemite National Park entrance. We stayed in a **Deluxe River View Room**, which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. Our balcony overlooking the Merced River was breathtaking, clean, and spacious enough for our whole family. The only thing I would suggest is adding a couple more chairs on the balcony so everyone can sit comfortably and enjoy the beautiful view. We had dinner at the pizza restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. The property has so much for families: multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, a gym, playground, and a game room with arcade games, pool tables, foosball, Connect Four, and board games. Everything was clean and well maintained, and towels were available at the pool areas. We also loved the picnic area and fire pit. Because the weather was warm, the fire pit was not turned on, but when we asked the front desk if they could turn it on just for us to make s’mores, they kindly did so within a few minutes. We also noticed the maintenance and cleaning staff working throughout the evening, keeping the property clean and collecting garbage. It was clear that the property is well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel doesn’t provide any water dispenser nor give free bottled water and slippers. They also do not have tissue box. Location is a 30 minute ride via YARTS. The compresses of the air conditioner will stop halfway . Bed is too soft very uncomfortable. Pls improve. they have a nice facility room but the game machine is broken.
