The smell is terrible when you enter the room certain lights do not work when I opened the window I saw that the old paint is peeling off

Although they say they have breakfast till 9:30 Maria chooses to stop cooking about 9:00 and does not want to make or bring anything else out. Very disappointing. Would love it if management could fix this problem.

Walls are thin, you can hear everything, breakfast ended early, it wasnt til 9:30am.

1. Floor by the foul smelling AC unit moved.
2. Carpet was loose and coming undone.
3. Room was in a state of dissaray and overall cleanliness was poor.
I'm shocked that the property hasnt lost its IHG branding with the disregard to standards. Poor value, stay in the City.

Just could use a little spruce up. Paint job in our room was bad along with clear water damage; something splashed on the headboard and the phone and not cleaned. Corroded toilet flush. Employees were lovely, we were there for a funeral and everyone greeted us as we came in and was very friendly.

It's a nice hotel but the shower drain was horrible. Definitely need more then 1 small elevator. Parking isn't great but it's free. Rooms are fairly quiet for it being so close to the highway.

It is in a very good location but there are cockroaches on all sides of the room. It was disgusting and they didn't even service me the second day that my belongings and the bed were full of cockroaches and the girl at the reception only offered me spray to kill them.
