The territory is very large.
But it does not correspond to the name Garden: the area of the hotel is large, but not well-groomed, I have never seen people who cleaned something. I arrived at the hotel in the rain: the staff did not prepare a place in the restaurant, as a result, vacationers could not find a place to eat. Senza saves on service personnel. There is basically no animation. There is activity of people for paid services (hammam / massage, shopping trips, etc.) the rooms are large,

Not 5 star at all plus make sure bring hiking boots with you not suitable disabled people or elderly people. I wdnt recommend. And food not very nice plus out way city centre.

When we booked the holiday, we saw the views and wanted to come and stay. When we read the reviews before coming, we were concerned to say the least. We thought we had booked it and could go out to eat and have day trips if needed......... Well, we arrived, were greeted by amazing reception staff at around 1am, who made us feel so welcome, took us to our room and showed us round. Had soup at about 2 am - that was a new experience The next day we went for breakfast and met some of the friendliest waiters you could ask for - Hakan was lovely, as we're all the other waiters. They held tables for us, got us drinks and checked on us the entire time. We met the 2 lovely people who promote the hammam on site, and had a laugh with them every time we saw them. The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day. Yes the hotel is a bit tired, but was clean, the food was lovely, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was second to non. I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday, with the nicest of people. Myself and my partner have already said we would be happy to come back again and think there needs to be some really good reviews as the hotel was amazing.

Just spent 2 weeks at this resort. Food was fresh and plenty of variety. Catered more for the Turkish /Russian customers but was decent. The hills are a killer but you could get help from the staff for lifts and was never a problem. Special shout out to Kaan, Furkon, Emrah and Eren. Housekeeping will give you extra bedding, towels etc. You just need to ask. We spent all our time at the kids pool, plenty of sunbeds and spotlessly clean. If you look for problems you will find them but overall we had a good time

I just want to start by saying this is NOT a 5* hotel. If you are use to 5* DO NOT STAY HERE. You will be disappointed. It is More like a 3 star. The hotel is filthy , from the rooms , to the restaurant and the beach. Dirty , grime , litter, cigarette buts everywhere. The food is awful. Same thing everyday and almost inedible. We ended up missing breakfast . Having lunch at the beach every day and going into Alanya for tea every night. House keeping . Well, our room didn't get cleaned at all. not once. Not even when we specifically asked. Mini fridge , bedding , towels , shampoos and body wash never changed or filled up unless you caught him and asked for it yourself. The floor was so filthy I couldn't even let the baby crawl on it as he would end up black. The first room we was given looked like it hadn't been used for 20 years. There was no towels nothing in the mini fridge. The door was able to be unlocked by anyone's key. We complained and got moved the next day. The new room was sufficient enough but still filthy. A 5* hotel with no irons when you ask they say of couse we have 5 irons for the whole hotel on 1006 bedrooms and they have all been given out and we do not know where ?? Puts one bottle of coke in your fridge once you have asked , to share between a party of 5. Not suitable for children or disabled as it is located on a very very steep hill (I can't stress this enough) with only 1 taxi an hour to take you around. No lift to get to bedrooms on higher floors . No service in the restaurant. Had to queue up each time for a drink, no cutlery on the tables so it was always a hunt for that too. Meals times would take forever due to this. Our window was held on by an old plug and wire . Towels just thrown on the bed. I would never ever consider staying here again it was a serious disappointment and caused such a difficult, stressful and upsetting week. Nothing like the vacation we hoped for. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in for sure.

To start with this hotel should be 1 star not 5 star. The place is absolutely filthy mess everywhere. The rooms are hideous they make Pontins look like a 5 star resort. We are a family of 4 and only ever left 2 towels we had to ring everyday for more. Bedding wasn’t changed all week. The air con unit was so noisy and dripped water on the floor. you walk into the food hall and the smell is horrendous makes you feel sick,plates are dirty, cats walking around the restaurant wanting food The food is terrible same every day don’t even do chips for lunch and dinner fresh food wasn’t being bought out once what looked like boil in a bag food had run out. Just to walk to go to the pool you have to do 5000 steps up and down stairs and hills. We rang for a lift with our suitcases on check out day and never turned We paid to go to a different hotel everyday in the end It has put me and family off coming to turkey again.

Just back from week stay not the hotel we where meant to be at but the hotel was nice and clean most of the staff where nice unfortunately they don’t really cater for British family’s food not very good kids lived on chips and bread and as for rest of family didt eat much different all food seems to be same thing but with different names put on them no snack bar unless you where at the beach and if you are not in fit state to walk this hotel is not for you as it’s on a mountain and the hills are a killer in the heat
