Le Méridien Emei Mountain Resort

Decided to visit Mount Emei at the last minute for a weekend getaway, mainly to relax at the hotel and let the kids play. Lynn from the hotel called beforehand to confirm my arrival. I got there around 12:30 PM, and the concierge was very welcoming. The front desk even upgraded my room! I was able to check in right after lunch. I really loved the overall design of the room and the expansive view. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the swimming pool and hot tub were very clean. I bought a two-night package that can be split into separate stays, which was a great deal. I'll definitely be back soon!

The hotel service was, as always, excellent. Special shout-out to Liu from concierge and a lady from the recreation center for their exceptional care towards children. Thumbs up! 👍

The location is good, making it convenient to go anywhere, and there's a snack street nearby. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, but you need to contact them yourself. The reviews mentioned that someone would proactively contact you via WeChat before check-in, but I waited until 4:30 PM on the day of check-in and no one did, so I had to contact them myself. The lady who answered the phone said, 'How could we contact you? You need to contact us.' When I mentioned the reviews about being contacted in advance, she said they only contact you the day before. I told her I was checking in tomorrow, and she said her colleagues might not have had time yet. I'm not sure what the hotel's actual policy is. The young man with glasses at check-in was a big plus; he was very enthusiastic. The breakfast variety and quality were decent. There's a construction site outside the window, so there was digging noise in the morning and dog barking at night, but it was generally quiet at other times. The view was mostly of the hotel garden and mountains. The in-room facilities are a bit old, but considering the price, it's acceptable; you can't expect too much. Overall, it's a hotel with decent value for money in the Emei Mountain area, as there aren't many better options around.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful! The room had a great view and the service was excellent, especially from Xiao Liu at the concierge. He was warm, welcoming, and very polite. The food and beverages were also good, and he patiently explained everything. It's definitely a hotel worth recommending!

The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the view of the jacaranda blooming peacefully on the lawn outside the window. The pool and breakfast were as good as ever. However, the common areas felt a bit stuffy and hot compared to two years ago, lacking proper ventilation. The room rates are definitely better value for money on weekdays, avoiding the weekend rush.

The lake-view room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff were highly professional. They even provide complimentary airport pickup and drop-off. I really love this hotel and will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel's location was perfect for our trip to Mount Emei, and it's really close to the high-speed train station. They even offer shuttle service! The room environment was very comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The hotel itself was clean and bright, and the price was very reasonable. It's an excellent choice, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future visits, and plan to stay longer to truly enjoy it. Our stay at Le Méridien was the absolute highlight of our Emei Mountain trip! The room was wonderfully spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely lake view. Krystal helped us choose a room that our kids absolutely adored, and she even gave us fantastic recommendations for local Emei Mountain cuisine – it was truly amazing! 🎉 The breakfast spread was incredibly generous too. For this price, the amenities and service are just phenomenal – incredible value for money. We're already looking forward to bringing the kids back for another stay!

I rarely give hotels a perfect score 💯, but this Le Méridien truly exceeded my expectations with its professional, attentive, and perfectly balanced service. From Rose Lin at the front desk, who could always communicate and promptly resolve any issues – a far cry from the perfunctory service you sometimes find in tourist cities – to the concierge and breakfast service, every detail was meticulously handled. The room wasn't large, and building 2 was quite a walk, but the hotel's overall cohesiveness was strong, and the scenic details were excellent, so I didn't feel a huge drop-off. I especially loved the cultural and creative products on the first floor and bought several HOHOs; the quality of these products perfectly matches the hotel's positioning without feeling forced. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Emei.
