Hampton by Hilton Emeishan Scenic Area ★★★★
"Overrated by trips. Com as no.1 most instagrammable hotel. The lobby lhas no aircon Very warm thou and uncomfortable to relax at lobby n the tea room. THE RESTAURANT serves nice food and at a reasonable price, but have mosquitos. The only consolation is that the hotspring is nice thou. The staff were nice n polite. There will be no mountainviews for this hotel for what I was told by the front desk."
Jinding Xinxin Hotel ★★★★
"I called them before heading up the mountain and they gave me all the necessary information. They assigned me to the room with the best view for my king-size bed and scenic view room. They met us at the cable car exit and led us through a small path. Communication was smooth throughout our stay. Every little detail was handled with care. The front desk even rents out cotton-padded clothes, which was super convenient for going up to Golden Summit. Thank you for taking care of us!"
Zen-Inspired Hot Spring Spa - Ten Directions and Three Courtyards ★★★★
"The Zen Hot Spring Shifang Sanyuan Hotel boasts an excellent location right near Baoguo Temple. It has its own parking lot, which is super convenient for guests traveling by car. The staff's service is outstanding, especially the front desk team who are incredibly proactive in helping guests with any issues. The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. The hotel also offers free hot spring baths, perfect for relieving fatigue after hiking."
Holiday Inn Express EMEI MOUNTAIN by IHG ★★★★
"The service was great, and they even upgraded my room for free. It's super convenient for hiking, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Soaking in the hot springs at night was incredibly relaxing. My only suggestion would be to improve the shower in the bathroom; otherwise, everything else was excellent."
Meitu Hot .Spring Hotel (Emeishan High-speed Railway Station Baoguosi Branch) ★★★★
"Clean and hygienic, with a beautiful environment."
Jinding Villa ★★★
"Facilities: Very basic. Hygiene: Reasonably clean. Environment: Very close to Mount Jinding (Golden Summit). Service: Smiling service. I booked a family room, which was a triple! It was very convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset! I'll choose this place again next time I visit! The breakfast was very rich."
Vienna Hotel Emei Mountain high-speed railway station Maluqiao Street ★★★
"The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The service was excellent; the front desk staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also very kind. It's a ten-minute walk to Emeishan Railway Station, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Emeishan; you can't go wrong with the Vienna brand."
Super 8 Select Hotel (E‑Meishan High‑Speed‑Rail Station & Dafo‑Chanyuan Tourist‑Area Branch) ★★★
"1. Upon entering the lobby, I saw bed sheets spread out at the entrance, and then more sheets laid out in the hallway upstairs. I'm not sure what the purpose of this is. I rarely leave reviews, but just seeing this made me feel uneasy. Are guests expected to sleep on these kinds of sheets? 2. The shower pressure was incredibly weak; the showerhead barely trickled water, like a faucet barely turned on. I ended up not showering and didn't even bother changing clothes, just made do for the night. The hotel really needs to improve this. A low price is an advantage, but cleanliness, environment, and facilities are fundamental for long-term operation."
ShanShui S Hotel (Leshan Giant Buddha) ★★★★
"This hotel is located right inside the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient if you're planning on exploring. During the Spring Festival, they even have a temple fair and various recreational activities. They also offer a paid shuttle service that runs back and forth through the scenic spots."

Le Méridien Emei Mountain Resort
"The hotel is so massive that I'd already walked over 10,000 steps just exploring it before even starting my hike up Mount Emei! The room hygiene was decent, but the laundry service was a bit too pricey. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the breakfast was plentiful."
Trip.com Group Country Retreats (Mount Emei Yixi-Qingyin Joint Resort)
"A very stylish hotel nestled on the hillside. The environment is fantastic, and the service is attentive and excellent. Enjoying a hot pot while facing the green mountains was truly delightful! The staff drove us to and from the station on the mountain roads, quickly and smoothly. A sincere thank you! See you next time~"
Emeishan Gelaiya Resort
"The room was nice, with a washing machine, and the facilities were relatively new – it felt like a family-style apartment hotel. My only suggestion for improvement is that on mornings when we left early, before sunrise, the streetlights in the complex were very dim, making it hard to find the hotel lobby. The signage should definitely be clearer."
WINGATE BY WYNDHAM EMEISHAN SCENIC SPOT
"Staying at the Wyndham Emei Mountain was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel, both inside and out, is impeccably clean, and the decor is stylish and modern. They've clearly paid attention to every detail, with even the hard-to-reach spots being spotless. The butler service was professional and incredibly thoughtful, responding quickly to all our needs. It truly enhanced both our sightseeing and our stay – a fantastic experience overall."
Emeishan Grand Hotel (Emeishan Scenic Area Baoguo Temple)
"Emeishan Grand Hotel: A Real Stay Review | Excellent Service, Great Value, but Hardware Needs an Upgrade We chose the Emeishan Grand Hotel for our family trip to Mount Emei. Overall, it offered good value for money, with both clear strengths and weaknesses. Here's an objective review for your reference! First and foremost, I must highly commend the butler service – truly exceptional and thoughtful! Even before we arrived, our dedicated butler proactively contacted us via WeChat, sending us a comprehensive travel guide for Mount Emei. They also arranged pick-up from the high-speed rail station. Upon arrival, our luggage was directly delivered to our room, making the entire process effortless and incredibly convenient. The service experience far exceeded our expectations – truly attentive and heartwarming. The location is superb! The hotel is diagonally opposite the Emeishan Scenic Area Passenger Transport Center, so you can catch a bus up the mountain right outside. There are also plenty of local specialty restaurants and snacks nearby, making both transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel is a well-established four-star property and even offers intangible cultural heritage craft experiences, which are perfect for families with children. Our child had a wonderful time. The two most satisfying highlights were the hot springs and breakfast! The hotel has its own natural hot springs with excellent water quality and multiple pools. Children can splash and play to their heart's content – a fantastic experience. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and diverse, clearly meeting the high standards of a large hotel catering to groups. There was a wide variety of options, including authentic local Chengdu snacks like Bobo Chicken and Qiaojiao Beef Noodles, all with genuine flavors. The dining experience was excellent. However, there were also two clear shortcomings that significantly impacted our rest: 1. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, especially the room carpets, which had a strong odor. On the first night, we were given a north-facing room with no sunlight, and the carpet smell was pungent, making it hard to sleep. After extending our stay and moving to a higher-floor king room on the second day, the smell improved. I suggest the hotel urgently replace the old carpets and renovate the hardware facilities. 2. The soundproofing of the windows was poor. Even after moving to a better room, there was a persistent dripping or similar noise from outside the window throughout the night, lasting until past 1 AM. This severely affected our sleep and rest. We had hoped to relax after climbing the mountain, but we didn't get a good night's sleep either night, which was quite disappointing. Overall: The service, location, hot springs, and breakfast were all impeccable, and our child particularly loved the family-friendly activities. However, the aging hardware, carpet odor, and soundproofing issues need urgent optimization. If the hardware can be renovated and upgraded, it would definitely be the top choice for accommodation in Mount Emei! Overall, it's still recommendable, and we look forward to the hotel's future improvements."
Xiongxiu Hot Spring Hotel Emeishan
"The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few hundred meters walk from the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center. The hotel service is also good, especially the front desk, lobby, and restaurant staff, who are all very enthusiastic and polite. The only downside is the hot spring. Since it's a hot spring hotel, the "hot spring" is its main feature. When I went in the evening, the water was very dirty, and it felt like it hadn't been changed all day. There was also no one managing the hot spring area. Actually, the overall environment of the hotel is good. It would be even better if they could emphasize the "hot spring" feature more."
Zhi Shang Private Hot Spring Hotel (E'mei Mountain Scenic Area Huangwan Tourist Center Branch)
"Facilities: For this price point, it's excellent. The owner is quite impressive, owning several buildings that have been converted into guesthouses. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. As a newly opened guesthouse, even someone as particular about their environment as me found it perfect! Environment: The small balcony is a great touch. Service: Absolutely blown away, seriously great reviews. We came back to the hotel around 6 PM after climbing Mount Emei to pick up our belongings, intending to stay in Leshan. We had already booked our Leshan hotel when I checked the time – it was 6:28 PM. The next high-speed train was at 6:49 PM, and after that, not until 8:56 PM. I mentioned it to the owner, initially thinking of paying for a ride. But the owner was incredibly straightforward and generously drove us to the high-speed train station for free, even taking a shortcut. This is an absolutely genuine review, folks, go for it without hesitation!"
BANYAN TREE MOUNT EMEI
"Perhaps it's a new Banyan Tree, but it's the worst one in China. I stayed for three days and couldn't connect to Wi-Fi either in or outside my room. They even made excuses, blaming the room type, even though I was in the main building. It took hours for the butler to reply to messages, making it pointless to even add them. Calling the restaurant for room service also went unanswered, forcing me to go back to the butler, who was still slow to respond – it was infuriating! Honestly, the room itself was okay, but personally, I felt it was the same layout as the VIP building at the national guesthouse next door, just smaller and with worse service. The hot spring water was just hot water. When it poured rain, there was no one to even hold an umbrella for me at the hotel entrance; I don't know what they were standing around thinking. And then, I couldn't even book a ride to the station; they said I booked too late, but when I left, I clearly saw several cars still waiting for passengers. Haha. The only good thing was the restaurant food, which was really delicious, except for the terrible breakfast that had nothing. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it!!!"
Emei Mountain ROYAL·Yuzquan Bay Hot Spring Hotel
"Location: Right next to the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. Hygiene and Facilities: The room's bedding was pristine white and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it tidy and cozy. Service: A special shout-out to our housekeeper Anna! She provided smiling service from check-in to check-out, answered all our questions, and even proactively helped us plan our hiking routes. So thoughtful! Overall: Excellent value for money, a rare and reassuring choice at the foot of Mount Emei."
Yoga Hot Spring Hotel
"Decent cheap room, just what you need if you go to Mount Emei, it is near the bus station that can lead you to the other bus station to go visit Mount Emei"
Maison Albar Hotels Leshan
""It's not amazing at first sight, but I feel full of details after staying here" The room is divided into two parts, the wash area and the bedroom area. The wash area feels very comfortable when using it~ The bed is also quite comfortable to sleep on~ The hotel service attitude is a big plus~ From entering the door to afternoon tea to snacks delivered in the evening to breakfast, everything is online, one of the reasons why I will stay again~ Breakfast! It's really exquisite and delicious! A big plus! The second reason why I will stay again~ The lion dance + violin at breakfast time during the Spring Festival is also very thoughtful~ The lion will spit out gold coins, and the children like it very much"
Mount Emei View Hot Spring Soup House
"The room has its own door and yard. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright, very suitable for family use. The housekeeper Xiao Xu is considerate, enthusiastic and attentive. The hospitality of Mount Emei is unforgettable."
Jin Ding Hotel (Yuexia Building)
"Booked this place for my Emei Mountain trip. The room was great, very warm with heating, so I slept really well! Just a bit pricey."
Yunfuli Yunsu·Emeishan Yunshuiju Private Hot Spring B&B
"The hotel environment is fantastic! It was so relaxing to unwind with my family after hiking Emei Mountain, especially enjoying the hot springs in the evening. The hotel staff were also incredibly nice. A truly great experience!"
Atour Hotel Emeishan Station Exiu Lake
"The Atour Hotel Emeishan is incredibly well-designed! The overall natural wood aesthetic is so soothing, and it seamlessly incorporates local Emeishan features without feeling out of place. The public areas are super photogenic, perfect for snapping some great shots, and the guest rooms are simple yet refined. Staying here feels both comfortable and stylish, offering excellent value for money and a great experience. The hotel's service is also top-notch; they even gave us warm water when we checked out. Our room faced the mountain, which was very calming!"
Hilton Garden Inn Leshan Railway Station
"Facilities: The facilities are excellent and well-equipped. Service: The service attitude is great, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free. Cleanliness: The hygiene is good; it's not messy or dirty at all. Environment: The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which I was very satisfied with, and the taste was also great."
