"This is the best property to stay in Emeishan for sure. Very close to bus transfer to cable car to Mount Emei and just 10 minutes walk to magnificient temples located under Mount Emei. Many stores, restaurants and facilities are just around. But you dont need to search for restaurants because directly in Teddy they cooked best chinese and western food for very reasonable prices. The ownres are great people speaking english, very hospitable and warm welcoming. They can give you advices about tourist attractions around. The property and rooms are very clean, nice furnished, really four star boutique hotel. The only choice for my next stay in Emeishan. Thank you Teddy for my nice stay and everything. Sending kind regards."

The hotel also offers free hot spring baths, perfect for relieving fatigue after hiking."

"Staying at the Le Méridien Emei Mountain was truly a 'stress-free family vacation' experience. The meticulous attention to detail from the hotel staff was incredibly impressive – they thoughtfully reminded us of the pool opening hours and provided warm, professional service with a constant smile. The breakfast restaurant was a paradise for families: the buffet spread was extensive, featuring not only classic Western dishes but also authentic Sichuan flavors like spicy mapo tofu pudding, 'boboji' (skewered dishes), and beef noodles, which even the kids loved. What's more, they offered dedicated high chairs and even breakfast to-go, making it easy for families heading out early for a mountain hike. The parent-child entertainment facilities were excellent: the indoor heated pool had professional lifeguards and child-friendly swim rings, with comfortable water temperatures allowing kids to swim freely without a worry. The outdoor starry sky-themed children's playground, complete with slides, a ball pit, and climbing nets, had kids running around excitedly the moment they entered, leaving parents completely at ease. The hot spring area allowed us to soak while enjoying distant views of the Golden Summit, letting family time flow naturally amidst the mountains and waters. From small details to the overall experience, the hotel truly embodied 'family-centric' values – it wasn't just a slogan, but a genuine response seen in every smile, every meal, and every warm pool. This will definitely be our top choice for our next family trip!"

"Facilities: The facilities are old and definitely show their age. Hygiene: The hygiene was also quite poor, not very good at all. Environment: The environment was alright, passable. There wasn't even anyone to help with parking at the entrance. Service: The service was terrible. For the exact same room, there was a 100 RMB difference, and they told me it was because I 'snapped up a special offer.' I genuinely don't recommend such a bad place. I rarely leave such negative reviews; this is a first, especially for a hotel that's listed as a 'high-end' establishment on Ctrip!"

"I rarely write reviews seriously, but the impeccable service at this hotel absolutely warrants one! Initially, I only planned to stay for one night, but the experience was so exceptional that I ended up extending for another day. The hotel is a well-established state guesthouse, built by the lake. It was once Chiang Kai-shek's residence, giving it a rich historical charm. From the viewing platform on Building No. 5, you can take in the stunning scenery at dawn and dusk. The hotel's location is also superb, right next to the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center, making it incredibly convenient to get to Mount Emei. The Hongzhushan Hot Springs are truly outstanding, living up to their reputation. After a day of exploring the mountains and waters, a soak in the warm springs is incredibly soothing. It's even worth making a special trip just for the hot springs. The hotel service is particularly delightful, from the front desk staff to the client managers, everyone is warm and attentive. The lobby has a thoughtful 'treasure chest' stocked with small essentials like mosquito repellent, highlighting their attention to detail. Breakfast meets five-star hotel standards, with a wide array of choices, and the rice noodles are a highlight. The room was clean and bright, maintaining the high management standards of a state guesthouse. The hygiene and safety were impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. This stay was incredibly pleasant, and I will definitely return when I visit Mount Emei again!"

"Facilities: For this price point, it's excellent. The owner is quite impressive, owning several buildings that have been converted into guesthouses. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. As a newly opened guesthouse, even someone as particular about their environment as me found it perfect! Environment: The small balcony is a great touch. Service: Absolutely blown away, seriously great reviews. We came back to the hotel around 6 PM after climbing Mount Emei to pick up our belongings, intending to stay in Leshan. We had already booked our Leshan hotel when I checked the time – it was 6:28 PM. The next high-speed train was at 6:49 PM, and after that, not until 8:56 PM. I mentioned it to the owner, initially thinking of paying for a ride. But the owner was incredibly straightforward and generously drove us to the high-speed train station for free, even taking a shortcut. This is an absolutely genuine review, folks, go for it without hesitation!"

There's an on-site hot spring, but I didn't get a chance to try it; it seemed like not many pools were open. The hotel overall is clean, and the breakfast was decent, mainly Chinese cuisine."
