剛入住 就發現地上和桌子上 飄窗上面都有很多灰 洗手枱和地面都是臟的 床單也是臟的 甚至地上還有蟑螂 完全就是很久沒人住過了很久沒有打掃過的一樣（圖一到圖四是入住時的照片） 聯繫了管家 管家過來看了 我們要求換房 管家説沒辦法換 衹能退 五一假期到處的酒店都很滿 我們怎麼去重新找酒店 就讓她安排人給我們打掃 他説保潔阿姨10分鐘左右過來 過了10分鐘管家過來了 説是保潔忙不過來 她幫我們打掃 當時也到吃飯時間了我們就讓她在房間打掃 我們就出去了 回來後我們發現這房間確定是打掃過的嗎 洗手枱和床單都還是臟的 地上的蟑螂也還在 這也太不負責了吧 敷衍也不是這麼敷衍的吧 （圖五到圖七是打掃後的照片）

在小區裏，而且在一樓
首先：前台態度還可以
但是解決問題能力不行
我從來沒住過這麼老火的酒店
第一：小區一樓，陽台別人都可以翻進來那種
第二：洗手枱全是水漬，鏡子也是，真的真的特別臟！
第三：洗手枱水下不去，洗個臉還要等它慢慢慢漏下去以後才敢繼續洗
第四：房間空調不給力，開一晚上熱風，除了出風口有熱的，整個房間還是特別特別冷！！！
第五：沒得多餘的毛毯或者被子，前台説把她自己的給我了，我們睡着才沒有太冷
第六！最嚴重的！沒有熱水！是那種電熱水，燒一次等特別久，前台喊我們燒水洗漱，，，用哈兒熱水就沒得了，沒有辦法洗澡洗頭！
早上起來熱水器温度還是在中間，燒不到底
總而言之一次最差的入住體驗，大家千萬別去

因為訂錯了另外一家的時間，迫不得已在網上找了一家！真是惱火啊！房間非常臟！衞生間還有一衹死蒼蠅！下水道周圍全是水垢！
設施：陳舊
衞生：臟！
環境：房間很小，這麼冷的天，空調完全不管用！
服務：沒人告之電熱水器怎麼用，！燒半天燒不開！
請大家慎重選擇這樣的酒店。太影響心情了！

住宿是在小區裏面 前台在小區門口右邊 剛開始不知道前台擱哪兒 還是打電話問的也還蠻好找 兩室一廳的房間還是挺大的 冰箱洗衣機都有 不足就是衞生不太行 床單被罩上很多毛絮 枕頭下面還有頭髮 主卧的空調應該是缺氟了不太制熱 其他的都挺好的 晚上也蠻安靜 步行的話周邊沒吃的 門口有個小超市

1.如圖所示，就不贅述了；
2.房間空調匹數過小，根本用不了空調，春節這麼冷的天氣，沒法用空調耶是很絕；
3.熱水器是電熱水器，50l，2000w，一人用水基本就和打仗一樣，兩人的話呢，就需要燒水排隊，基本燒水時間兩小時，洗澡10分鐘；
4.入住兩天，前台衹開了一天的卡，第二天回房間的時候，無法進門，在走廊傻站着等換卡；
5.連住兩天，沒有清掃房間，垃圾還是那些垃圾，沒人管。
你完全可以不提供這些設施設備，但是你得説明這些設施設備無法使用，既然你提供，就得能用，就得起到相關的作用，而不是開了空調等於沒開，洗澡需要按秒計算，第二天值班的工作人員倒是服務態度挺好，大過年的，也不知道祝福老闆點啥，就祝你早日倒閉吧，祝第二天的工作人員，早點找到更好的工作吧。

床超級硬，就是床墊加了一層白色的床單，又冷，空調效果還不好，在小區裏面，裏面有很多家酒店，小區環境還不錯，就是太偏了，附近沒有吃的，叫外賣有點遠，有長者小孩的最好吃了飯再去，就是類似小區居住的那種改裝成住宿的，當時我們住的那晚整棟樓都沒兩家人開燈，陰森森的感覺，整體感覺不是很好，要去金頂玩的話，最好還是在報國寺附近找酒店住吧，現在節假日，我們來的時候峨眉山高鐵站沒有大巴車到雷洞坪，所以衹能去報國寺售票處坐車

訂了兩個大床房，其中一個衹能説還行、可以住，另一個床上明顯煙鍋巴，地上也臟，一看就是上個住了沒打掃過的就拿給我們，找到前台説換房間，結果衹有標間了，進去一看，床上全是蚊子屍體，很多灰，就算沒人訂，平時你們都不能再打掃一下這些沒人訂的房間嗎，連最基本的酒店標準都沒有，深更半夜衹能硬着頭皮住下，圖文根本不符
