這己不是第一次入住這酒店,今次對比之前幾次入住的體驗, 基本上尚滿意！地理位置方便我本人是選擇索菲曼的最主要原因,對於我在商務旅程只是短暫逗留一晚,在這裏只是稍作休息,房間衛生, 食店選擇及交通方便都是首要的考慮原因,但相信酒店服務仍有改善空間!

房間很乾凈舒適，停車也很方便，小哥哥小姐姐的服務很熱情

房間設施、地理位置非常非常好，樓下就是大型商圈，吃、逛便利，美中不足的是房間隔音效果不好，酒吧蹦迪也感受到，房門門隙有點大。總體還是不錯的！

設施一般，公寓式的酒店，床墊夠硬，睡了不腰疼。附近有白雲製造者。靠着cbd，吃喝都比較方便。睡覺一定要關好窗户，不然深夜容易樓下美宜佳聚集的喝酒的聊天的小朋友們叫醒。

床墊很差，裏面墊子不平，根本睡不了，地面清掃不乾淨，廁所裏面的廁紙巾衹有幾格！

衞生：床單污糟有污跡，有無毛髮 設施：酒店連固話都沒有，豪華房跟高級房格局一樣。 服務：打電話到前台冇人聽的。真的是叫天不應叫地不聞。公寓酒店都不如。

酒店位置在昌大昌商圈，附近很多好吃的。房間和洗手間都很大，比一般酒店都大，朋友住的很舒服，下次有需要會在預訂。

服務態度較好，整體環境還可以，有問題酒店也能及時處理，性價比還是比較好的。來旅遊來工作的都可以選擇它

第一次入住這間酒店，房間整潔及寬敞，並近在錦讧，四週有很多食店及商店，此次與朋友兩天遊玩恩平，吃了不少美食，我們都十分满足及快樂！下次再来恩平，必會再入住這酒店。

衞生可以，空間蠻大，窗正好可以看到昌大昌，裝修風格舒服，冷氣舒服不響，洗漱用品齊全， 冰箱確實有但沒插電，好在住的短也不需要用 隱約可以感受到樓下音響的振動，不知是我累的睡眠淺還是真的有 入住的晚，在房裡兜了一圈沒看到沖涼拖鞋，就也沒找前台問，用的一次性😂

下午回來續房時，未經允許，私自把個人行李拿出來，並把房間給其他人入住！私隱得不到保障，行李物品得不到保障！如果客户有延時或中途決定不續住完全可以從按金中扣除費用，而不是讓客户有種被掃地出門的感覺！聞所未聞！
