It would be even better if more dry towels were available near the hot spring pools, as it would be nice to change the towels if they get wet in the cold weather. Overall, it's a great place to relax and unwind in the hot springs."

The kitchen only has an electric kettle. No tea bags, no coffee bags, no forks, no spoons, no dishes, no dish soap. Supplies are not replenished every day, and when I ask the counter to pick them up, the male staff is vicious and murderous."
