My stay at the hotel, despite the high expectations created by online advertising, was disappointing. Some crucial aspects contributed to this negative experience and led me to anticipate my departure. Breakfast: The appoin**ent scheduling system was limited and inefficient. At the chosen time, the room was dirty, with items missing and flies on the food. Despite a slight improvement the next day, the overall quality of the breakfast still left something to be desired. SPA: Although visually impressive, maintenance was poor. Dirty water, extreme temperatures in the sauna and hydro, as well as a crowded and disrespectful environment from other guests, compromised the experience. Room: Choosing a simple room resulted in noisy accommodation, with an undesirable view of the street and unsatisfactory amenities such as a faulty TV and uncomfortable bedding. Service: Despite the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service at reception, especially in situations of complaints, was below expectations. In conclusion, the hotel did not live up to the expectations created by its advertising, especially compared to other more romantic and cozy options in the same price range.

Very attentive service from all staff. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Hotel focused on couples and delivers what it sets out to do. Worth knowing.

Hotel with good structure: excellent spa, with heated pool and trea**ents, outdoor pool with restaurant around it. However, the restaurant menu is quite limited. Small room, with curtains letting in light. Nearby highway interferes with noise. Good coffee and internet.

The hotel itself is great, very comfortable, the staff are very attentive and friendly! The breakfast is wonderful, the heated pool is a plus… I just had the unfortunate event that the dryer was having problems and no shampoo was coming out of the dispenser. But as soon as we informed the employees, the technician helped us and resolved the problems!

Wonderful, everything well organized. The outdoor environments are beautiful, very family friendly. Restaurant with delicious dishes and drinks.

Hotel continues to be the best option in the Extrema Region. Boutique style, with a beautiful outdoor restaurant a**osphere, small but well-equipped rooms. Somewhat aberrant coffee rules: you have to book a coffee time in advance "to avoid crowds". Ok, but then, why are the tables all "crowded together" when you go for that coffee?

Fantastic! The attendants don't know what to do to please! All spectacular and committed to their roles. The restaurant is simply divine. I just gave my daughter two stays there as a gift. I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll be back!

Very good! We were very happy with everything that was provided.

Ok hotel. Good breakfast. Regular employees. But before 8 am they start maintenance in the parking lot and whoever has a room facing that way, the noise is infernal!
