Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Fallbrook Downtown

The rooms have been updated and are very nice, a great bed and the bathroom very clean. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a nice plus. There was almost no street noise in the room even though we were in a room very close to the street. The continental breakfast was basic, coffee, juice, toast, packaged sweet rolls, cereal and fruit... Half of the parking is covered parking, but just be aware there is no on site parking for vehicles pulling trailers.

Great place if you like quiet out of the city areas, great customer service, I really enjoy staying there especially with the prices.

My family attempted to stay here but the room was disgusting. We are trying to get our money back as this looks nothing like the pictures they show on the website. We were offered another room but it was clear that they don’t take cleaning serious at all. There was dried up throw up between the beds along with all kinds of stains on carpet. There was drips from god knows what on side of bed, I don’t need to say anymore. We immediately made hotel reservations 20 minutes away further from the wedding we went to the next day. It was also much more expensive. All of this is unacceptable. Nobody should have to stay in those conditions. You couldn’t pay me to stay at that hotel. They will not refund us our money saying we missed the cancellation period…this was not a cancellation but misleading photos of the rooms which you can view for yourself. The franchise and the corporate will not refund us our money. We had to drive 20 minutes further from our wedding venue and spend an additional $600.
