Good standard hotel opposite Mestre station. Frequented mainly by international clients. Excellent staff very fast chekinn, quick breakfast with a good cappuccino. Convenient location to reach the city of Venice. Condigliato

Everything is good except the hotel is very noisy. Wall between rooms is very thin, u can hear the noise when ur neighbours talking loud or walking.

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

Nice place located in a green area not far away from Venice, the railway station and the ferry Port. You can park inside and the location offers all the basic services needed; bar, restaurant, mini market, self service laundry and self dispenser for snacks/drinks,coffee

Location is excellent. Room is old but OK. There was no sewer smell this time. There is a big supermarket Interspar in 10 min walking distance. Bus station is nearby and Mestre railway station in the front of hotel. Can easily take airport bus.

An ideal location only a few minutes walk away from the Rialto Bridge our apartment was in a block not far from Hotel Ai Reali. We went there first to check in and get our key. We had a fabulous welcome from a front of house person and were given a map, some very helpful information and that was very much appreciated. We were helped with our bags to our apartment, settled in and shown where things were. It was a great way to have an additional bed without the cost of an extra hotel room. We were impressed with the lovely European styling of the apartment and excellent facilities - a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave. Our bins were emptied each day, we were there for 3 nights and felt safe, secure.

The location of the Hotel is a plus, because it is near bus stops and a few minutes walk from the train station going to Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was okay, could add more choices but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the night shift receptionist (forgot his name) who was very helpful and was able to book us a taxi for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend 👍

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

I really do have completely mixed feelings about this hotel. First off, my experience with the staff on the desk was nothing short of great, so helpful and explained about the public transport routes, especially with the trams not currently functioning and having buses instead. My room was a good size and looked great on first appearance, however there were scuffs on the paintwork, chips out of the furniture and black mould in the shower. My first night I barely slept as the room was so hot and the aircon made no difference at all, and was unable to open the window due to the noise from the motorway. The next night was better after leaving the window open for a couple of hours before going to sleep. The breakfast area can get very busy in the morning and the tables were not particularly well laid out. I was able to have some food but was disappointed with the ”hot” options - the eggs were very cold and the sausages and beans didn't look their best. I would consider visiting again, but only if there are some changes made. Thank you to the kind staff who really helped lift the hotel overall for me.

I chose a new hotel that is not on the main island for my adventure. Let me talk about it first: the hotel’s surrounding environment is pretty good, it’s close to the railway station, the hotel’s internal room facilities are also new, the cleanliness is quite high, and the front desk service is also warm. Let’s talk about improvements: the hotel provided free water on the first night, but did not provide it on the second and third nights. I subconsciously thought that the cleaning staff forgot to place it and ordered room service to bring the water. Oh, vomit blood. . . . . In fact, they can remind that there is a charge. . . I didn't tell us these details when I checked in. . . Breakfast is so-so, only some simple croissant, square slices of bread, biscuits, fruit drinks and the like, hot food needs to be ordered. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco. I haven't studied how to ride on the water bus. It is not convenient to buy or take the elderly and children if you walk. People with good legs and feet are free. Anyway, my leg is broken. . .
