入住過好幾次了，這次來，酒店客房已經大變樣，翻新的顏色很不錯，比以前感覺年輕多了，自然衞生也提升了不少。還有兩個小細節也不得不提，第一個就是吹風機固定在牆上了，非常方便。第二個就是房間的燈光有明顯的改善，手工點個贊。

進了酒店預訂的房間，其破敗不堪讓我覺得詫異😱雖然價格不高，但起碼基本的衞生條件應該有吧！房間有異味，衞生間地面臟兮兮，立馬下樓要調換一間。新換的這間稍好一點點，沒那麼臟，破舊不堪的桌椅就那樣吧，我也不碰。但Wi-Fi是壞的，看不了電視節目，手機也上不了網，去前台找工作人員，小哥説沒有替換的，他也不會修，沒有辦法……（旁邊一個女士因為房間有蟲子正在申請退房）就前台小哥的態度，我不是因為衹住一晚嫌折騰我也退房了，這是什麼服務意識呀！客人的住宿體驗十分差，不曉得這樣的酒店就是一鎚子買賣吧！寧波會有這樣的酒店？真是令人瞠目結舌！！！

這家酒店地理位置挺好的，距離銀泰城和醫院都很近，周邊交通十分便利，我入住的房間也是相當寬敞明亮，裏面的裝飾也很不錯，而且聽前台説，酒店去年年底重新裝修過，所以現在入住還挺划算的，最重要的就是性價比極高，看了下週圍的酒店，都挺貴的呢，前台的服務一定要誇一下，很有耐心的幫忙調電視，送東西，服務態度超級好，值得推薦的一家酒店
