Great place with a balcony that overlooked the river. Place is conveniently located, very clean and the owner was very friendly and recommended us some unique alcohols.

Uncle at reception was kind and helpful. he try to service us even he can’t speak english. But there water dripping from ceiling at the night we stay. If they can fixed it everything was superb. Superb view.

Hotel staff attitudes very good. He has contact us before arrived to introduce himself and explain hotel direction as it’s not easy to find.
Location was very convenient and really close to scenic spot.
Clean room with limited amenities (bath amenities and drinking water) no coffee and tea.
Bed room and bath facilities was nice.

位置很好，核心區江景房，個人覺得二樓夜景不錯。沒有潔癖的可以。好在服務，來南華門接我們，幫忙定了鳳凰樣子非常划算，淡季有幫忙延遲退房

民宿位置挺好，房間很大，陽台也大，設施齊全也智能，看雪橋的好位置，下樓周邊去哪都方便，熊希林故居下樓右轉300米進巷子，南華里停車場離得也近，老闆會簡要給你個小指南。

老闆很熱情，酒店位置極佳，門口就是水車，在陽台上觀景，非常享受，離網紅橋很近。晚上還坐船觀看了翠翠的表演，鳳凰古城是一個來了不想走的地方，下次還會再來。

本來應該是全五分的，房間位置極佳，前面不遠處就是雪橋，再往前走就是北門城牆，觀景也特別好。老闆（男）服務態度特別好，接我們進古城，帶我們去遊船處排隊，介紹我們古城哪家飯店好吃，熱心又温和。衹是不知道是房嫂還是誰，中午就開始催退房，催退房是應該的，但是這個態度我真的就服了。啥意思了，如果我退房遲了，我可以補價，耽誤其他旅客入住，也不可能所有旅客都在這個點來客棧吧，你開門迎客，就應該知道什麼顧客都有，你有難處，至少態度要過得去。

民宿位置很好去那裡都方便，就在第二個大水車後面，可以看到雪橋和遠處的景色。酒店老闆也很熱情周到，告訴我們怎麼停車，還介紹了哪裡好吃好玩，整體感覺還不錯。
