來這裏旅行體驗真的很差，被限流，開車不能去酒店，也沒有解決方案，問前台也是愛答不理的服務。國慶出遊反正是蠻坑的，一樣的價格跟華美達差遠了

鳳凰住過最差的酒店～根本不值這個價，桌面煙灰都沒搽乾淨，到處發黴，設施也很廉價的感覺。體驗感興趣很差很差～下次不會再來、來鳳凰玩的友友們不要考慮這裏離景區遠的很。

我很少去給酒店差評，但是這次一定給，衞生做的非常不仔細，特別是廁所的馬桶和馬桶周圍居然還有明顯的niao漬，整個衞生間就不乾淨。我都懷疑根本沒做衞生
