Grossly below expectations thus overall a rather disappointing experience.
And the very steep long flight of stairs can be tricky, even dangerous if you have large or heavy bags, and a bit elderly or require some assistance walking.
But the location is good and near the river.

The location was perfect where u can get to see the view of the town. Room is clean and big . The room that I have able to see the whole view.

The lady boss was very nice and told us how to visit the ancient city. The location was really good with great views, but the induction light mirror was a bit strange and always lit in the middle of the night. I felt that this design was a bit useless. So I just pulled out the room card and went to sleep. Overall, it was a good review and worth recommending.

Bring my mother to Phoenix for a trip and lock in this river view homestay!
I have been here before and I chose this one without hesitation this time. The viewing terrace is really an exclusive view. The boss lady is also very nice. I went on a trip with my sister and chose a store I really liked. The room I booked was very quiet, the washing area was large, and it was super convenient.
Sitting in the public area of the store and looking at the scenery was absolutely amazing. The boss sister was very enthusiastic and gave a lot of travel suggestions. I will come again in the future. I highly recommend it.
