My daughter's family came back from the US, so three generations of us went to Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang Ancient City, and Furong Town. When choosing a hotel in Fenghuang Ancient Town, after reading reviews, we picked Tangshe·Jianshan Hotel. We stayed for one night and it was even better than we expected! Besides the excellent service, first of all, the location is great. Most hotels in Fenghuang Ancient City are not accessible by car, requiring a walk of ten minutes or even more, but this hotel allows cars right to the entrance, which is incredibly convenient! Second, it's very close to the Tuojiang River night view, just a ten-minute walk, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful! Third, the surrounding restaurants are even closer. The hotel staff recommended some restaurants that were good value for money and very flavorful! Fourth, there are afternoon and evening tea breaks. The tea room on the 4th floor is nicely decorated! The snacks and juice are both good! They're also quick to deliver to your room if you want to eat there 🌞! Fifth, since we took the high-speed train to and from the ancient city, the hotel front desk can arrange transportation to and from the high-speed train station at a reasonable price! We were very satisfied with the vehicles and service. Finally, the rooms are excellent, and the facilities are great, especially the shower! Many thanks to everyone at the front desk for their attentive service and friendly attitude. Our whole family gave it a big thumbs up, and I would highly recommend it to any friends planning to visit!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is great, the facilities are top-notch, and the service is incredibly attentive. We took our kids to the swimming pool, and the views were stunning. You can even enjoy afternoon tea by the pool. Highly recommend it!

This hotel is located within the Fenghuang Ancient City scenic area, just a few minutes' walk from the core area. Personally, I think staying here offers better value than accommodation directly in the core area because it's quieter at night. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a small bar or perhaps a rooftop garden. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. The most important thing, though, is the service. Right from check-in, the front desk provides touring information, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Fenghuang Ancient City is a place you can visit or not, but if you do come, I would recommend this hotel.

The room layout was well-designed, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the local rice noodles, which tasted amazing. I also want to thank the hotel butler (apologies, I didn't catch their name) for their strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail in arranging everything for us. It's quite difficult to hail a taxi in the area, and when we were in a rush to catch our train, the hotel manager personally drove us to the station. Thank you again! 👍👍👍

The room was clean and tidy, everyone was incredibly friendly, and the environment was excellent. Plus, it has its own private parking lot. Breakfast can accommodate any number of people without extra charge, and there's even sweet soup in the evening. I'm very satisfied.

Right at the entrance of the ancient town scenic area, the hotel has its own parking lot. If you book a spot in advance with the hotel, there are even charging stations available. While they're slow chargers, they're perfect for guests staying overnight. The rooms are very stylishly designed, with a great variety of room types, and my kids absolutely loved it.

Excellent location and fantastic layout, coupled with top-notch service, made for a wonderful vacation experience. The room was spacious and airy, with a skylight on the roof offering views of the Qilou (arcade house) rooftops. The service was highly professional, on par with what you'd expect from a resort hotel. However, the quality of the afternoon tea and desserts could be improved. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The entrance is unassuming, but once you step inside, it's truly stunning—elegant and stylish. The butler, service staff, and front desk service were all excellent, sending various helpful reminders via WeChat. They assisted with booking cars, tour guides, and tickets. The room was unique and clean. Breakfast was also good. The outdoor bar was very pretty. Overall, it was great!

The service was very warm and friendly, and they even gave us a small souvenir.
