The hotel has 3 stars and a lot of effort has been put into surpassing its category. The location is excellent, 2 km from the center, in the immediate vicinity of a large shopping center. Parking is provided and included in the price, and in a short time you can reach a large public parking lot next to the historic city center. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioner works flawlessly. The breakfast is fine, with my comments about the Italian breakfast that the offer of sweet things prevails over the savoury. . We had dinner once in the hotel restaurant, both the food and the service were excellent. Complaints are that some workers at the reception barely understand and speak English, as well as that the breakfast is used up faster than it is replenished, so if you arrive late, half of the offer will no longer be available. The friendliness of the staff, family atmosphere and good location will make me recommend the hotel to other travelers.

Hotel molto carino con parcheggio, camere spaziose e pulitissime . A pochi minuti dal centro e molto comodo per chi lavora in zona IFM. Colazione molto ricca e cena con menù anche per celiaci,.Personale professionale di sala grazie a Ilaria e Matilde, cortesia in reception Sara e Alessia.

Migliorabile la colazione, in quanto propone poca scelta di brioches e dolci e il caffè delle macchinette non è davvero il massimo. Riscaldamento troppo alto all'ingresso e nella sala colazione. Camera invece con mobilio datato ma abbastanza grandi e pulite. Letto comodo e wifi ottimo. Bagno Spazioso, solo vasca poco comoda per chi fa doccia in piedi, il bagno si allaga. Consiglio di installare un paio di ganci per appendere giacconi in camera.

Camera confortevole, con mobili datati e mal tenuti. Materasso comodissimo, bagno nuovo e molto bello. Personale gentile, e cena e colazione molto buone. Anche noi abbiamo trovato il copriletto strappato ma dalla parte interna, la cosa non ci ha causato alcun disagio. Sala da pranzo molto carina, hotel nell'insieme nulla di speciale, non ci tornerei, anche se la posizione garantisce un riposo silenzioso.

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura x 5 gg motivi di lavoro. Appena arrivata trovo la stanza piena di polvere con copriletto strappato, scendo in reception e prontamente mi rifanno la camera e mi cambiano tutti i copriletti. L’albergo è molto datato, occorre una bella ristrutturata delle camere ed una pulizia molto, ma molto più attenta. Colazione normale, il personale di sala molto gentile. Le ragazze alla reception dovrebbero essere un po’ più accoglienti e sorridenti. Con degli accorgimenti sicuramente sicuramente avrei dato un voto molto più alto.

Esperienza molto positiva. Arrivati a a Ferrara x correre la gara di 30 km, ho trovato persone gentili e disponibili. Hotel situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma a soli 2 km dal centro. Ottima colazione. Un unico appunto, il set di cortesia nel bagno, sicuramente da migliorare.
