This is a very tasteful Moroccan traditional hotel, very exquisite, beautiful, and nostalgic. Although the hotel is in the old city, it is very close to the street where you can park your car, so you don't have to drag your luggage far, which is different from many other traditional hotels in the old city. The room and bed are very clean and hygienic, and the bed, quilt and pillow are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and rich. The lovely lady is friendly, warm and thoughtful. When we arrived at the hotel, she arranged mint tea and snacks for us, which were very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

To say this Riad is truly beautiful is an understatement. The craftsmanship and careful restoration rival many of the museums we visited while in Morocco. Every turn brought something more beautiful to look at. Despite the opulence, the staff made you feel completely comfortable and at home, especially the night manager, Youseff, who went consistently above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. At one point, we found ourselves needing an additional suitcase to leave the next morning. Not only did Youseff walk us to the shop but made sure we were given a fair price. Fez is a beautiful medieval city that can be a bit overwhelming at times and this beautiful Riad with its mint tea and cookies is the perfect place to call Home for a few days.

Amazing experience in such a beautiful Riad ! The architecture is just stunning and both buildings are magnificiently renovated. The breakfast and dinner were outsanding and rhe staff was very friendly ! I definitely recommend to stay here !

Youssef was the most amazing host. He made sure every detail throughout our entire visit was taken care of. He arranged a car to transport us from the train station and came and met us to walk us to the riad. He ensured we had dinner even when we arrived late when the kitchen was closing. I had some travel sickness and he sent up everything needed to help me recover quickly. He also arranged a fantastic walking tour guide for a customized tour of the souks and the city. He helped provide suggestions for dinner and drinks and coordinated someone to walk us to and from so we didn’t get lost. Breakfast was outstanding every morning and the riad is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to going again in the future. Thank you for making our trip to Fes so memorable.

This was quite honestly the best experience we had in all of our time in Morocco. The location is excellent, the interior sublime and the staff are exceptional. The breakfast is substantial and the dinner we ordered was divine. Yousef goes above and beyond to make each guest feel welcomed and cared for.

This was an exceptional hotel -- it was once a mini palace. I felt privileged to stay here -- was my favourite stay of our entire 2-week trip. The proprietor was also very welcoming and friendly, giving personal welcome and service. The room we stayed in (and others, I'd assume) look onto the central inner courtyard through shuttered windows without glass, and the evenings get very quiet, so that I often felt whispers were required. This is part of the charm of the hotel and its historic nature and we loved it. But if you are a night owl, or a noisy person, another Riad might be a better choice. If not, rest your head in a truly historic, beautiful place. Every inch of the hotel is painstakingly carved. Don't miss out on seeing this Riad.

I came to Fès to experience its beauty, and I couldn’t have chosen a better Riad for my stay. From the warm welcome to the stunning traditional architecture and exceptional food, everything was flawless. It truly felt like stepping into a fairy tale from *One Thousand and One Nights*. Highlight of our trip. This place was magical. Highly curated rooms/spaces, tremendous hospitality, and fabulous location. This is it! We were so fortunate to have spent 4 of our days in Morocco here. The staff is phenomenal. They were so warm and willing to make any recommendation, reservation, or help in any way. The building is spectacular and our room was spacious and luxurious. The roof top veranda is next level with incredible 360° views of Fes and nearby mountains. Loved the location as it was tucked a bit off the bustle of the nearby Medina, yet still a few minute walk to great shops and restaurants. The breakfasts they served were opulent and wonderful. We also enjoyed a dinner there as they had a great menu, and after being out all day it was a blessing to come “home” to a wonderfully prepared meal. Unparalleled hospitality combined with a truly beautiful space made thus a once-in-a-lifetime stay for us. Bravo!
