Great location in the center, walkable to main attractions. Few mins walk after tram to/from Airport or train station. Just be sure to validate tram ticket (via yellow ticket machine) once you purchase at tram stop machine. Hotel was clean, old overall as it’s within an old building. Room was smallish but good stay overall. Note you need to walk up two flights of stairs with luggage, wasn’t an issue for me.

Great location in Florence
Good place to stay close to everything in Florence. Area was safe. Instructions to get to hotel were clear. Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. There is no elevator. Make sure you are ready to go up several flights of stairs.

Nice location but you need to climb...
The location was a key reason for the score. Easy to get to everything in Firenze, including my favorite Tratorria Sergios. The room was clean but very difficult to move around in. There is no lift so you need to climb the stairs to get to the reception. The breakfast was fine.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage is available for free if you arrive before your room is ready or have to check out before you're ready to leave town. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fully modern bathroom.
