Location, location, location!!! Amazing location right near so many of the main attractions. Everywhere we need to go was a 5 - 10 minute walk. Super quiet street and once we were inside it was so quiet and peaceful. It rather spacious room for European standards. We had a queen bed and a twin for our son and there was room for all of us. One downside was that our shower was a little moldy but it was a private bath which was nice. I would defiantly stay here again. The 24 hour front desk staff was super helpful and the breakfast was delicious. You did have to walk up two stories of stairs (no elevator) but it was worth it.

The staff is attentive and will let you store luggage after checkout. The hotel is superbly located. The beds themselves were kind of hard/firm and the pillows meh but serviceable. Know it’s on the second floor with no elevator. Breakfast was continental (pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juices) — basic but abundant.

The hotel is on an excellent location. However, please note that it is situated on the third floor and lacks an elevator, which could be a concern for guests with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage. Additionally, the comfort of the beds may not meet everyone's standards. During breakfast, the presence of a supervising lady made us feel somewhat uneasy, as if our selections were being monitored too closely. This aspect could be improved for a more relaxed and welcoming dining experience.

Thé stay was very nice as thé Reception desk person haș helped me with the luggage and ordered thé taxi and stayed with me untul the taxi arrived at 7 am

Excellent economy hotel in the heart of Florence, easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions and to the train station. As the hotel clearly advertises, it is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. The European definition of second floor is what we would call the third floor in North America. Be prepared for lots of stairs, four flights with 46 steps total! The room was adequate and equipped with a small bar fridge and kettle. However, the bathroom was very small and you could definitely hear people in the adjacent rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Camilla very, very good. For us 3 it was a cheap stay. Perfect situated,near every famous places and museums. Very helpful reception.
The bad thing is the 50 steps up to the hotel entrance. But if you can manage that everything is perfect.

Nice, clean hotel but no elevators so if you have big heavy luggages it will be a challenge. The hotel is at the third floor of the building. Room is also not sound proofed, we can hear conversations coming from the outside. Otherwise, comfortable and walkable to Duomo and train/bus stations.

Very small room, but clean, very well run, very competent staff, and within walking distance of pretty much everything in central Florence.
