Cute Inn away from downtown on the Marina. Easy check in although you need to climb stairs with your bags. Very nicely designed but in need of updates! Carpet in our bedroom was rumbling and bathtub was cracked on the exterior. Towels are worn out. Breakfast was pretty good. Views are beautiful!

Location is away from center of town, which i like. Views of Folly River are great and sunsets spectacular. No complementary happy hour( quess off season). Breakfast was small but for free who can complain. Inn was clean and kept up. Only complaint was on last night i had someone stay in room beside me and it must have been a grizzly bear from the snoring i heard all night. Will stay here again but only on top floor with no neighbors...lol

This was an amazing hotel! The room was clean upon arrival and Bonnie was absolutely amazing!! She answered all our questions and gave us a ride to and from the main Folly Beach area when it was storming. If Bonnie reads this, I want her to know that we did end up seeing nesting sea turtles on our last night :) Amazing experience!
The happy hours and breakfasts were great as well. We never went hungry! Other gusts were also quite kind and chatting with them at happy hour was always a good time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a place to stay at Folly Beach.
