Weird humming noise/vibration throughout the building- assuming it is the VMC. Not very restful. There are no restaurants in the hotel, which was one of my filters when choosing. Disappointing.

the public areas could do with renovation and the electric car charging, while very welcome was extremely slow at 2kv
