I like this hotel. They are going through some construction due to water damage back in December, but it’s still quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The breakfasts are delicious, too.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel that I’ve ever stayed at and my life and I am an avid traveler over the years. I’ve always gone to the Hampton brand because the hotels were clean and decent. This was so disgusting. I actually left a day early and didn’t even get a refund.

Did not get connecting rooms with my family as we requested at booking, even though we were "confirmed reservation" on website.
Rooms were apart from each other. My room had blood in toilet, used towels, and rumpled bedsheets on bed.
Breakfast was decent ham slices scrambled eggs, etc. Phil in kitchen area was awesome at age 84 setting up area.

Did not get connecting rooms for mynspecial needs son as i requested at booking even though hotel confirmed both my reservations
When I got to room it eas not cleaned. Towels were used, blood in toilet, bedaheets rumpled.

Upon arrival there was no one to check people in and we had to wait a long time. The entire hotel smelled. The carpeting in hallways was stained and filthy. The overall cleanliness was the worst we’ve seen at any Hampton Inn. The parking lot felt unsafe and we felt hesitant to park our car in the back. We would never recommend anyone stay here.

The night staff was very friendly. I needed a later check out and they gave me the run around. Saying they were not authorized to do that that when I check in to do it then. When I checked in they told me the same thing but the manager will have to. Manager was rude and told me absolutely not happening.
The place is so out dated. Bathroom tub did not drain, carpet was pulling up that a tack ***** was showing. Vent in bathroom was growing dust bunny’s. Carpet was dirty. Very small elevator, and rooms. Will never return.
