衞生：衞生乾淨，房間整潔無異味
環境：房間乾淨，交通便利，酒店服務人員很Nice，附近就有大商場，找吃的交通都很方便，值得點讚的是床很柔軟舒服，酒店的地理位置很好，酒店旁邊有一個就有一條小食街挺太方便的，地理位置也好，還有停車，還有安排了好樓層，景觀也很好

這是一次非常愉悦的體驗，從辦理入住的時候，小姐姐温柔有耐心，門卡和便利貼紙設計非常漂亮，很容易看見房號，不用像其他酒店那樣放開來找；
房間整齊、採光好，視線特別舒服，17樓的眺望遠方，一個舒適的辦公桌，讓出差很舒適
衞生條件也很好，毛巾、浴巾都是新的，拖鞋也是用心選擇
下次出差還會選擇

開始給的一間房進去之後滿屋子的煙味，還有酸味，於是下樓給前台服務員説明要求換一間房，女服務生總推辭説不清楚，其實換房就行了，至於原因誰深究呢。換房之後一進屋倒是無異味了，後來孩子需要做作業才發現屋裡必備的枱燈沒了，算了我也懶得麻煩人了，再後來發現洗澡用的蓬頭桿壞了，蓬頭亂射，招架不住了，也算了瞎對付一下吧，之前改招牌前可是智選酒店啊，規範的多。坐便器旁的捲筒紙衹有一點點，估計保潔阿姨沒捨得給換。太令人糟心了

前台上晚班的小男孩應該是00後，懶得要死要死，我説想上去看看房間再下來定，他説圖片和實物是一樣的。我説我就要看看先，你安排一下，非常不願意。
晚上問他，一樓門口的停車場可以免費停嗎？説可以的。
第二天中午換了前台，説門口的停車場不屬於酒店的！
這管理是多差啊！據我所知，這酒店換了三個老闆接手了吧，生意今年多不好做，做為管理人員 老闆 應該最清楚，你還這態度做生意！
