Breakfast was very nice and clean for a continental breakfast. Check in and check out was easy and quick.

if i go by this area, i wiil stay

I had to wait for registration because night attendant was away from the reception desk for a while. The room was recently remodeled and the pool and jacuzzi were removed. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had variety and was well stocked.

Received prompt service & check in was easy. I was on the 3rd floor, with freeway noise. Plenty of towels, bathroom was clean. Room had 2 queen beds, plenty of room. I would stay here again.

Great Breakfast Choices and best of all a very attentive staff. Everyone was very welcoming and always willing to help. Jacob was wonderful, especially after I accidentally broke a glass bottle in the lobby. He immediately attended to the spill and assured me that he would take care of it. I helped as much as I could but Jacob went out of his way to assure the safety of everyone. THANK YOU JACOB!

I booked a king room but they don’t have any when I showed up to check in. I am very tall so I didn’t sleep the best in a queen bed.

Even though it was a renovated room.. and nice.. the phone didnt work.. tv didnt work and AC didnt work.

As many have read, the hotel is undergoing renovations. We lucked out with an updated room. We also got a room that faces the parking lot, so it was relatively quiet. Beds were comfy and the room clean. The staff provided a crib for our baby boy and that was awesome. There were a couple things that bugged me. The staff was under the impression that the pool was heated. We arrived after sunset and found the pool cold and unlit.There were area lights but no pool lights. The second, due to renovations, the second elevator is out of service. While it seemed that only 4 people were ever using it, you could imagine a busy check-in/check-out really congesting one elevator. Staff are extremely helpful, generally knew what was going on and took care of our needs. When looking at hotels in the area at this price range, cleanliness was my top concern. That's what I got. Comfy bed and some breakfast too.

I set up a king bed. 2 Queen beds is a what they had...no upgrades. This is false advertisement...or bate and switch..

It was clean and safe. Rooms had been updated. The bed was very comfortable which is a big key to staying away from home. I would stay there again!

After visiting Yosemite National Park in San Francisco, I stayed for one night on my way to Las Vegas. The lobby staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious Wifi internet speed was very fast The surroundings were very quiet and there were no noise issues at all.
