"Unfortunately, everything looked much better in the photos: - A wooden floor that turned out to be linoleum. - A fairly large bathroom, with no sink or mirror, as the sink was only in the room with the bed. - A shower that wasn't properly tightened and threatened to break. - A shower curtain that, because it was mounted too far from the shower and too short, caused water to spill into the rest of the bathroom during showering. - A sink that clogged and drained very slowly. - An unfilled hand sanitizer was only refilled after being pointed out. - Despite staying for two nights, no one checked in between to clean it. - An ironing board with holes. - And finally, a cockroach that appeared in the room on the second night... All of this should be improved to look at least minimally like in the photos, but it did - it made me not even want to go for breakfast, which was included in the price."
