We travel to Fresno/Clovis twice a year for swim competitions and this is our go to spot to stay. Lots of food options within walking distance from the room and breakfast is offered on the premises. The staff is always friendly and it's affordable.

i requested ground floor room but was not accommodated, i had a hard time climbing up the stairs;
toilet seat is loose; not enough trash containers with plastic covers; the front desk associates at night till breakfast time are not very friendly;

The property is in the middle of a remodel, for example, the breakfast room was blocked off and a few tables crammed into a very much overheated space. Room was OK but not as clean as I'd prefer if you looked carefully. Area is a bit sketchy, there were crazy people pacing and
back and forth and yelling in front of the parking lot entrance both when I arrived and departed. Staff was courteous. It was just OK. I won't be staying again.
