The room was clean but there was trash all over in front sidewalk area. A lot of people hanging out outside of their rooms at night; it didn't bother me much but I am sure some people might be afraid or intimidated by it. Curtains let in a lot of light at the top, bottom, and sides. Don't try to sleep in here! Keycards DO NOT work very well. When I came back to my room after dinner, it took more than 50 tries to get my door open. That's not an exaggeration, after the first few, I started counting. I counted 48 but I don't know how many times I tried before I started counting, At least a dozen.

Quiet, comfy bed, room was neat & tidy. On the other hand, was badly in need of maintenance as there was mold all around the upper edge of the shower stall, chipped peeling paint throughout the room, a very flimsy, unreliable door lock & no towels or washcloths in the room.

Very thin walls you can hear everything. Woke up to neighbors fighting. Hard to park. Our bathroom outlets did not work and rooms definitely smell like smoke. Rooms are affordable though so its great if you’re on a budget. Close to many restaurants and stores. Front office will only allow one person in the office at a time so make sure you beat the line in the morning for check out.

While the staff at the front desk was friendly & provided us with items such as toilet paper & towels when needed, the cleaning staff seemed to have only come by maybe once over the course of a week as bags of trash, empty boxes, & cigarette butts laid on the floors of the outdoor halls leading to our room. When we finally got to our room, we did get two decently comfortable beds as we paid for & the room stayed at the temperature set to consistently, however, beyond these two positives the stay started to become gross in several ways. The wooden floors of the room were covered in dirt & dust, several large cockroaches appeared throughout the week of our stay among a couple other small bugs, & the entire complex had a smell similar to that of urine and cigarettes all throughout the hotels halls and elevator. While the staff is nice, the hotel overall is gross and I would advise spending a little bit extra for a much more comfortable stay at a different hotel nearby here in Fresno.

Was the FILTHIEST hotel ive EVER stayed in. We took multiple pictures of the black mold shower and sink, grease filled walls in kitchen. Dust built up over all lamps and pictures on the wall. Disgusting floor with dirt build up on all corners. Broken rusted ac unit that smelled like mildew! Came home and my entire family has a cough and sore throats!!
