Hotels with Bars in Frickenhausen

We spent a weekend in this hotel. It is located on the edge of the city, walking it is 20-30 min to the center. After Würzburg it is 20-30 min, to Rothenburg also about 30 min by car. The good location was one of the reasons why we chose it. The rooms are modernly furnished, clean. Internet in the room is not the fastest, but sufficient, in other areas of the hotel, the WiFi reception is unfortunately worse. Breakfast was super, very large choice. For dinner we ordered a la carte and were very satisfied, everything has tasted very well. The restaurant staff was very professional. The pool area is clean, especially in the morning it was very pleasant to swim a few rails before breakfast. The ''restroom'' is overvalued, that's a rather uncomfortable room with a few beds, unfortunately nothing really invitating. We also booked a back massage, this was very pleasant. The music that plays at the walk between the hotel rooms (from about 8 a.m. to 22 a.m.) should not be, I think. Now the big AM comes: We were very satisfied until the 2nd night, unfortunately the 2nd. At night, however, our good impression was greatly reduced. A wedding celebration took place in the hotel. There was no problem over the day, you were not greatly restricted by it (though you had to pass through the wedding society to the rooms). But from 22:00 the party started, which ran at least until 4:00 a.m. and was extremely noisy. We couldn't sleep. As we heard the next day, other hotel guests were also. I don't understand why you couldn't warn the hotel guests in time? Or perhaps you could stay in rooms that were not so affected by the noise of the celebration? The reception is no longer occupied from 23:00, so we couldn't change anything in the night. If we knew that during our stay a celebration would be held, we wouldn't have booked the hotel. This was a pretty expensive sleepless stay. When checking out, we noticed this at the reception lady, but she thought that especially in the summer every weekend celebrations are held at the hotel. So I can only warn everyone if you want to come on the weekend, inform you in advance whether any celebrations are planned. Unfortunately, for us it is a reason not to come anymore.

This hotel is located in the centre of the village of Frickenhausen, on the River Main. It offers well-equipped rooms, a daily breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. During summer months, the Hotel/Weingut Meintzinger's breakfast buffet is served on the sunny terrace. In the evenings, guests can try wines from the hotel's own winery. Lots of well-signposted hiking and cycling trails can be found next to the Meintzinger. On-site parking is free at the hotel. The A7 motorway is just a 5-minute drive away.
