The room was old and lighted with orange light.. very dim and also the air circulation was terrible. Aircon was weak. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night.

酒店位置緊貼車站，可謂極之方便。房間寬敞，衛生方面全冇問題！
前台職員很幫忙盡責！可惜早餐要扣分，因為食品種類極少！但有機會的話，我還會考慮再次入住這問酒店！

チェックインがオソクなってしまったのですがフロントの方はとても丁寧に対応して頂きました。
お部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
本川越駅から直通というとてもアクセスのよくホテルのまわりもコンビニやカフェ等あり飲食にも困らなかったです。
ロビーの装飾が春らしく美しかったです。

在火車站旁邊非常方便,附近吃的東西很多,過個馬路應有盡有; 走到川越老街及地標也不是很遠. PRINCE HOTEL保持著一定的水準; 酒店的住客停車場24hrs只要500日幣,非常的划算,樓下就有星巴克及超級市場,地理位置方便沒話說.
