攜程網入駐是免按金，免查房，可是到酒店了，非讓交按金，無論攜程怎麼溝通，就是要按金，假如説你房間裏有消費的東西也可以，什麼都沒有，而且就看床套，就能看出來，還要要按金？假如我交了按金，假如我不拍照留證據？是不是有套路呢？不理解，特別吧員最胖那個女人，讓我等了40分鐘，我一直忍着脾氣。太氣人了

連着住了兩天河景大床房，真的很舒服。服務態度很好，衞生乾淨整潔！特別是發生了一個插曲，我是從別的房間轉來的，猶豫東西太多，導致眼葯水忘記在以前房間冰箱裏麪了，當我發現時已經晚了，我就給客服打電話，然後客服又讓老闆聯繫了那個房間，不久我就取到東西，在此向老闆表示感謝，給你們添麻煩了！祝你好運發財！也謝謝客服美女辛苦了！

來愛語連住三天，第一天有些小問題還好客服人員給解決了！服務態度很好講解很詳細，親自來房間調電視。超級喜歡住的這個房型，價廉物美，值得擁有！屋外寒風瑟瑟，室內暖意融融，很滿意的入住體驗！有圖有真相。

定的大床房，給個別的，換個屋，屋裡一股廁所味兒，然後又換一個屋網不好用，然後又換一個，折騰我40到50多分鐘，住下了，晚上睡覺蟲子爬床上來了，大半夜，硬是折騰一宿沒睡覺，住這家真是後怕。
