在這家家庭賓館一下住了7個人，房子寬敞又乾淨，特別滿意，比酒店划算房子裏面很乾凈，整齊，周圍有飯館，商店等，吃飯買東西特別方便

民宿在一個小區裏面，私房，位置很好，離可可託海景區和3號礦坑都非常近，方便遊玩，周邊有吃飯的地方，老闆熱情實在，有停車的地方，設施基本都有，有些老化的建議更換，熱水器不太給力

房間乾淨，整齊，沒有異味，感覺住過的民宿裏面最好的一個，就在額爾齊斯河畔旁邊，晚上散步看風景特別舒服，房間內設施特別齊全，就想回家的感覺，建議到可可託海旅遊的朋友選擇民宿他家的最合適。

老闆還是熱心的，大家去三號礦坑可以找老闆買，50一人比景區便宜。給老闆一點建議：1.給卧室窗子裝上遮光簾啊，別就有個紗簾；2. 提前給熱水器加熱，這個熱水器不抗用

老闆很熱情，自駕去的，在路口接上我們。房子在小區裏面，2室1廳，停車方便，乾淨整潔，適合一家人住，孩子有活動空間。衞生間熱水方便，配有洗衣機。早餐可以在小區吃。住宿價格比較親民。

洗漱物品除了牙膏牙刷其他沒有，需自帶，民宿在小區內需提前跟房東打電話，他才能接客人，在3樓，沒有電梯，太重的行李箱，自己看着辦

到可可托海.住的这家.怎麼說呢.这个价位也就这样. 睡－晩而已. 适合人多住. 推荐附近－家小宝牛肉面很好吃. 早餐+晚餐都在那裡吃的.小菜清爽.包子也好吃.很实惠.

老闆娘給換的三室一廳，第一感覺房間很大，敞亮，收拾的也乾淨，問她被單被罩，她説是天天換的，我們就信了。可準備睡覺的時候才發現，被單被罩不乾淨，發黃了已經，最過分的是上面還留有毛髮，有個枕頭後面還有腳印。。。住的地方在當地的小區裏，環境和位置都很好，就是衞生真的不行，或者説是我們倒黴，碰巧住的是個不乾淨的房子
