"I came during the snowy season and had a lot of stuff, staying for half a month, so I chose a bigger room. The overall environment was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, and the drainage worked perfectly. The room didn't have any new renovation smell either. The front desk and service staff were all very polite and would greet me when they saw me. The only thing I felt was lacking and could be improved is providing a freestanding clothes rack for long-term guests, especially if you're coming to ski in the winter, as clothes are thick and bulky. The two existing wall-mounted hooks offer limited space. Everything else was very satisfactory."

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the breakfast was thoughtfully delivered to my room – absolutely delicious and abundant, perfectly showcasing the grandeur of Xinjiang. Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay
"The massive free parking lot is incredibly convenient, with plenty of spaces so parking is stress-free. The location is superb; it's a direct ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, making daily access to the scenic area super easy and saving a lot of time. The service here is wonderfully warm and thoughtful; the owner is enthusiastic and generous, and the staff are diligent, proactively helping with luggage and getting us settled. The rooms have a stylish design, the lobby is spacious and grand, and the facilities are excellent, including an elevator, which is especially good for self-driving tourists. The room ceiling height feels expansive and not confining, the solid wood furniture is simple yet elegant, and the two large beds ensure a super comfortable sleep. The hygiene is excellent, with clean and tidy bedding that's spotless, and the indoor lighting is soft and not harsh. The bathroom's dry and wet areas are cleverly separated, it's impeccably clean, and the smart toilet offers a great experience. From the balcony, you can directly admire the beautiful snow-capped mountains, a wide and captivating view. The self-service breakfast is incredibly rich, with a full selection of meat and vegetable dishes, fresh and warming porridge and milk, authentic Xinjiang milk tea and baursak, and delicious handmade tomato noodles – I can't get enough of it each time. The environment is lovely; the backyard atmosphere is absolutely perfect for photos, especially with the 'photo frame' spot. You can capture sunrise, sunset, and starry nights all in one go, and there's a path leading directly to the Irtysh River."

"The resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable."

"Really nice hotel in the center of Fuyun. If you like Doubletree Hotels, you will love this one! In fact it is the grandest Doubletree I’ve ever stayed in. It is right on the river, there is a lot in walking distance and everything was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a river view. Staff was lovely, especially Vito who gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast buffet was mostly Chinese and very good. The only disappointing things was we didn’t get the trademark cookies! 🍪"

"I would definitely give 5 points to a hotel with a washing machine. Who doesn't need to change clothes when traveling? The hotel is about 7 or 8 kilometers from the scenic spot. A few welcome snacks were given in the room. There was a shortage of boiled eggs for breakfast. We went late and could only have one per person."

"The location of the hotel is easy to find, close to the No. 3 Mine. Next to the hotel is the Irtysh River. There is a wooden plank road on the river bank. You can walk along the wooden plank road to the Old Wooden Bridge Style Street and the Rare Metal Exhibition Hall. There are restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel. It is a newly opened hotel. The staff in all departments are warm and generous. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The bedding is comfortable. The bath and toilet are separated from wet and dry. There is plenty of hot water for bathing and a fruit plate with purified water is provided. The breakfast is rich, clean and nutritious. A bit decorative."

The room is big enough to put two snowboard bags and two boxes. There is floor heating, a nice snow view outside the window, Xiaodu speakers, and the automatic toilet is also very useful. The staff's service attitude is also very good. I stayed with my daughter for 6 days. Recommended!"

"On a self-driving trip through Northern Xinjiang, we stopped in Fuyun and chose this All Seasons Hotel. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, helped us upgrade our room, and even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, tidy, and well-organized, and it also had a very convenient washing machine and dryer. A really great stay!"

"Parking was difficult; you had to find a spot in the hotel parking lot across the street yourself. A fight broke out among the locals, starting around 3 PM and continuing until 6 PM, with no one intervening. The people upstairs didn't get a good night's sleep, and the hotel offered no apology."

The price of the room I booked included two breakfasts. When I checked in, the front desk asked for a five-star rating and breakfast. I wonder, don’t good reviews depend on the guests’ true feelings after checking in? Why did it become a quid pro quo? No wonder the praise rate is so high. He wants to fake it just to make a small profit, which has ruined the dignity of Huazhu Club!"
