Fanghua story Hotel

This is my second time staying at Story Hotel, and I love it as much as the first time. The room is very spacious and warm, and my friends and I had a great time staying there. Housekeeping cleans every day, and the staff is very enthusiastic. Even when I came back to my room very late and asked the front desk to help me open the door, they responded quickly. They really work hard! 💐

Staying at the Fanghua·Story Hotel in Koktokay was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and clean, and they offered free parking and afternoon tea. A special shout-out to Xie Kangmei, who perfectly arranged our ski resort transfers and thoughtfully reminded us of local tips. Her service was truly exceptional!

We came here for skiing, and the service was excellent. The rooms were well-equipped and felt like home. The breakfast was also quite substantial. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I ski.

A very satisfying hotel stay, highly recommended! The experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, especially Xiaoya and Xiaochu at the front desk, who greeted us with smiles and were extremely hospitable. The hotel lobby was simple yet elegant, and the rooms were spotless and impeccably clean, with everything neatly arranged. The room facilities were complete and comprehensive, making for a superb stay. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent. The hotel also had facilities for charging car batteries, which was fantastic, saving us 300 yuan in roadside assistance fees. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Fanghua Story Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we especially want to thank the front desk manager, Xie Kangmei. We arrived quite late, and she not only waited for us the whole time, but also helped us with our luggage to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities such as the laundry room and gym, and even arranged shuttle service to the ski resort for us. Her attentive and heartwarming service made the entire trip much more enjoyable, and she deserves a huge thumbs up!

The room had no underfloor heating and no hot water for the shower on the first day! The service was also poor. I would definitely turn it away! It was so cold, it was truly unbearable.

The room layout is reasonable. Facilities: All necessary amenities are provided. Breakfast is plentiful, and a shuttle bus to the ski resort is available. Service: The staff are friendly and welcoming. Environment: The hotel is located in Henan province, while many restaurants are in Hebei province. However, taxis are available, which is quite convenient.

I think it's great. The two-bedroom apartment I booked was good in every way. Special praise to the receptionists, Xiao Ya, Xiao Wu, and Xiao Ba! The food was okay, but not particularly delicious. The best part is that it's located at the bus terminal!
