1. This is an apartment, not a hotel, and the place to live is quite depressing. The platform shows 39 square meters, but the actual space is only about 18 square meters, and they may have counted the shared shares. It does not meet the 23-year opening stated on the platform, at least it has been open for a few years. 2. The sanitation of the hotel is very dirty. First of all, when I first checked in, the dirty towels were still in the box after checking out from the previous hotel. There are still dirty things on the bathroom floor, like meat, and the peels have not been cleaned. There was also (curly hair) on the towels, which was disgusting. The overall external sanitation is not good, there is no clean and refreshing feeling. A kind of dirt accumulated over the years. 3. The front desk and waiters of the hotel use the smallest rights to make things difficult for customers. Traveling all over the world, it is true that there are very few similar hotel front desks. They have no sense of responsibility and will only shirk their responsibilities. When I asked the specific person in charge and the leader, I dared not say anything, and blindly shirked responsibility. All reviews and opinions are supported by photos.

The lobby is clean and tidy, and the little brother in the hotel is very enthusiastic to help with luggage. There is a small kitchen at the entrance of the room, and a large balcony outside. The environment is not bad. It takes five minutes to drive to Longwangtou, and it takes 20 minutes to walk. The breakfast is good. The freshly cooked rice noodles taste great. There is a welcome fruit in the room. The waiters are very friendly.

The location of the hotel is good, in the main city of the county, the transportation is convenient. Go out and ride an electric bike for 200-300 meters, which is a food street. That is, the check-in time cannot be processed until after 15:00 in the afternoon. I brought my children to visit Pingtan Island for 3 days this time. The hotel upgraded the suite, and the room even has a washing machine. For me, a man who loves cleanliness, I am very grateful. Although the hotel has a self-service laundry room on the 3A floor, I take my children to the sea every day, dig sand, and ride an electric car to various scenic spots. After a day, my whole body is sweaty and muddy. The clothes are all cleaned, it is very convenient to have an independent washing machine, and the washing machine also has a drying function. The breakfast at the hotel is okay, you can eat enough, and the fruit can be replenished in time. As an apartment hotel in the local area is still very good.

Poor sound insulation, often noisy by the baby upstairs. The curtains are low end and not very responsive at times. There are few types of breakfast, only 2 hot dishes. Every day is the same. The shower water flow is insufficient, and there is no place to dry clothes. The most troublesome thing is going downstairs, every time I have to wait for a long time for the elevator. The elevator is slow and there are many people. The overall feeling is still not worth the money. The price is on the high side. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and I still give affirmation in this regard.
