The only thing is the mattress is a bit soft; if I stayed a few more days, my back would start to ache. **Hygiene:** The room hygiene was quite good. **Environment:** The surrounding area is pleasant, with many dining options across the street and convenient transportation. **Service:** The hotel staff were polite. The room I booked included a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station. Both drivers were very punctual and polite, and they even helped with luggage, which was a big plus!. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"First of all, the environment was very comfortable. Located near Tannan Bay, it's quite secluded, a guesthouse by the sea, truly quiet and pleasant. The space is large, with two floors and many other outdoor facilities. There are plenty of photo opportunities everywhere. There's a communal swimming pool, and some rooms also have private pools. The three of us sisters booked a room on the first floor. This place is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends to stay for a few days. I especially loved the white boardwalk along the coast; the fishing boats in the distance were just right, and the afternoon light and view were amazing—so soothing! The cleanliness inside and out was impeccable, with no unnecessary clutter. The color scheme was also aesthetically pleasing. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast is available in both Chinese and Western styles, and they confirmed the breakfast options for the next day in advance. They were always ready to assist with any needs, and there was also welcome fruit and afternoon tea. There are many room types available; you can check out the different price ranges and room types. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the weather was fantastic too."

It is also more than four kilometers away from the Yangtze River Australia, and you can drive along the north line of the electric car. The room was cleaned up. There was a play route map on the first floor. I knew where to go. I blew the sea breeze on the terrace at night and lived very comfortably."

"I debated for a long time whether to stay in the county town or here. Initially, I thought the county town would be more convenient for dining and shopping, but after careful consideration, I settled on this place. Pingtan's attractions are mainly concentrated in the northern part, and staying in the county town would be too far from them, making commuting a hassle and detracting from the seaside vacation vibe. This location is close to Jing Sha, Changjiang Ao, and Wuya Hai, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The actual environment far exceeded my expectations; I could see the stunning wind turbine sea from my room. Plus, there's a private courtyard that's quiet and comfortable, offering a welcome escape from the bustling city. And if you're just looking for food, there are plenty of options nearby. Staying by the sea truly feels like an immersive vacation – I definitely chose the right place. Clamming tools (available for borrowing)"
Qilin Rongyu International Hotel
"I spent two days in Pingtan, and I have to give a huge shout-out to this hotel. It was truly a 'godsend' and a perfect transit point for exploring Pingtan! Before our trip, I contacted the hotel, and they proactively sent us a detailed guide for both the north and south routes. The itinerary for the attractions was clearly planned, even noting the best times to visit, which saved us so much time researching on our own. The hotel's location is at the junction of the north and south routes, just an 8-minute drive from Pingtan Station. Driving to all the scenic spots was easy with clear roads and no traffic, which was perfect for us self-drivers. On the first day, we took the north route: saw the sea erosion wonders at Xianrenjing, explored the stone houses in Beigang Village, and enjoyed continuous ocean views along the most beautiful環島路 (Huan Dao Lu, island-circling road). In the evening, we rushed to Changjiangao Windmill Farm to catch the sunset. The silhouettes of the windmills against the orange sea were breathtaking. We returned to the hotel relatively early, so we went for a swim in the indoor heated pool. It's open until 11 PM, which was so thoughtful – being able to relax after a full day of sightseeing was fantastic. On the second day, we took the south route: woke up early to visit Houyan Island, marking the 68-nautical-mile point, the closest place on mainland China to Taiwan. The sea views were expansive and great for photos. It was too hot around noon, so we went back to the hotel to rest. In the afternoon, we went to Tannan Bay to walk on the sand and enjoy the sea. In the evening, we wanted to try our luck chasing the 'blue tears' phenomenon. The front desk even helped us check the probability for that night, and although we didn't see any, their attentiveness was a huge plus. After a tiring day of sightseeing, it was so relaxing to stroll in the hotel garden, with only the sounds of insects and birds around. It truly felt like a vacation, and my mind and body relaxed. From the tour guide to the convenient transportation, the hotel thought of everything for us, making our trip easy and stress-free. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pingtan!"

"Traveling by car, the butler arrived at the intersection within 10 minutes to guide us to parking. The room was fully stocked with amenities, including less common items like face towels, memory foam pillows, and disposable bath towels. Even the toothbrushes were high-quality soft-bristled ones with protective covers. The mini-bar was packed with snacks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! I'm dying to know the brand of that siu mai – it's the best I've ever had! The environment was stunning, perfect for photos! We took so many pictures! The only minor drawback I found was that the service wasn't proactive enough. For instance, we missed afternoon tea, and while I saw in other reviews that they'd compensate for it, the butler never offered, and we ended up forgetting about it. Also, we had to specifically ask for the fireworks included in our package. It felt like if you didn't ask, they wouldn't offer. Despite these small issues, it's still an excellent place, and I would recommend it to friends."
