服務質量：這家酒店的服務質量非常糟糕。前台員工的態度冷漠並且缺乏專業性。夜班前台素質極差！非常的兇，也不知道酒店怎麼回事，聘請這種人來擔任前台，希望酒店可以重視，態度及其惡劣！
噪音問題：在這家酒店，我遭遇了非常嚴重的噪音問題。房間的隔音效果非常差，我可以清楚地聽到走廊上其他客人的談話聲和樓下的噪音。尤其是晚上，街道上的車輛和過路人的喧鬧聲不斷，使我無法入睡。這種噪音擾亂了我的休息和睡眠，給我的住宿體驗帶來了很大的困擾。

房間倒是很大，但感覺不是很好。衞生間淋浴房上很多水漬，看着有點臟。沒有早餐，而且周邊沒有早餐店，走很遠才有類似沙縣小吃的店。非常不方便。

過來出差，福州軟件園附近，公交和打車都方便
前台熱情，打掃衞生的阿姨也很真誠
設施有些舊，還算乾淨
服務蠻周到的，每天在大堂辦公，沒有絲毫被嫌棄

這家賓館的優勢就是福州大學銅盤校區附近衹有這一家離得比較近的賓館，其他方面非常一般。
房間設施老舊，甚至我住的大床房沒有頂燈，開門進去全靠床頭燈照明。插座鬆動，屋子裡牆上很多蚊子血跡。被褥至少看起來是乾淨的。椅子上面的污漬肉眼可見，並且是已經銹死在上面的污漬了。
前台態度尚可，但是入住的時候辦理她正在打電話，跟電話對面的人吵架，印象不好。
二百多塊錢完全不值。

房間是閣樓，洗手間與房間卧室存在落差，住宿期間要注意摔跤，房卡開門非常難開。總體感覺不是很好。還是個沒有早餐的酒店。
