First off, I almost changed hotels and lost the booking because the name inside the hotel and the front are completely different! There is no mention of a name change anywhere. I had just gone in to ask directions to the hotel and it was the right spot. It's called the Lucerne or something like that. It's the only hotel I have ever seen with a ”fake window” so that was different. It was good otherwise, there was a little tea set in the room and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was nice and plentiful with continental and Chinese offerings, plus juice and coffee. I would stay again, but please update the name so other travelers do not get confused. Also, I speak English, so they communicated with me on Google translate, it worked well.

The new store has opened. I like the decoration style very much. The service attitude of the lady and brother at the front desk is very good and professional. The room is clean and tidy, and full of intelligence. The curtains, TV and lights can be controlled by small degrees. It is very convenient. The hotel is in a good location, Li Sanfang Qixiang and Shangxiahang are very close. The environment is quiet and beautiful. I will stay here again next time I come to Fuzhou.

Newly reopen hotel, location is good, beside the main road. Room is clean, toilet is so open, 2 man staying there is really uncomfortable, because the partition is glass…. Room acoustic no good, motor car passing by is very noisy at night. Breakfast also not so nice, mostly buns and noddle.

Amazing service, amazing location and amazing views. I can't wait to come back when the new hotel is built. However, since the new hotel is being built they do not seem to be spending much on maintaining the existing hotel and it shows. Was a little dirty and a bit dated.

What a pleasant stay and such a delightful difference from the big hotel chains. A warm welcome by friendly staff to what I imagine a traditional homestead would look like, but with well renovated modern conveniences fused with traditional elements. Excellent location for sightseeing, a step away from the Bund, river tour and a short ride to the Three Lanes Seven Streets area. As a traditional homestead if you're looking for bacon and eggs breakfast not her but the dumplings, fishballs and pastries were great. This is the kind of place I will be looking to stay at in China whenever possible.

Everything about the hotel is impeccable. The beautiful and handsome guys at the front desk, including the cleaning aunt, and the driver who picked us up had a great service attitude. I stayed there for three days and I was so lucky to book a room with them. They also upgraded our room type for us, and we can see the night view of Minjiang River from the room. We had a lovely stay. The hotel is located next to the subway station, which is easy to find. Using the bus, taxi, or subway was very easy. The hotel is located a bit far from the fun zone, but it makes it so silent and peaceful. We had a great rest and sleep. The room was a standard size, neither big nor small, and very comfortable for two. And the personnel! Oh my god, they were so friendly, pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Fuzhou.
