I love staying here it’s always very clean and nice it’s right in the middle of everything and you can go enjoy shopping and having fun and walk right up to room with views of the water Netflix and chill

Everything & Everyone was excellent. However one night during our stay we did have someone trying to get in our door around 2 or 3am. We notified the front desk about it. He was very concerned and stated he would figure it out.

Great place all the way around the board

This is the best hotel for the price. There are many restaurants nearby and a lake, so it's great for a walk. A gym that is open 24 hours a day is also nice. Breakfast is prepared right at Starbucks, and I personally think the quality is better than regular breakfast and the price is very good. I wish there were more places like this.

Convenient, nice location on Rio lakefront, good for walking and people watching. Cute Christmas lights on the water! Friendly and helpful staff. Weak on amenities, worst pull out bed ever in a hotel.

the room and bathroom were fine but my view was of a garage fortunately I wasn’t in the room except in the morning as I was preparing for my day

Not sure if it was *******’s problem or the hotel but I selected the option with breakfast but my breakfast was not included. Breakfast there was overpriced and very little options. House keeping came every day and I appreciated the fresh towels daily. I wish they picked up the unneeded items after I communicated to the front though. (Like the roll away bed after two days…) Also the lighting could use a little more touch up.

The staff was quite accommodating and friendly. Appreciate the early check-in and bistro seating.

This stay was great, the only issue was that we book a king suite and got a queen other than that everything was perfect.
