"This has been one of our favorite local hotels, but unfortunately, this stay was a disappointment. The front desk staff member at check-in was not friendly. We were refused a bottle of water, even though the guest ahead of us was graciously offered two. To make matters worse, we later found there were no bottled waters provided in the room either. Will consider others in the future instead."
