I arrived at the hotel very early in the afternoon, and I printed the order number (English version) of Ctrip, but it was still delayed for a long time. But we upgraded the room type: sea view room (room 206). The check-in experience was still great. Because the previous nights were reserved for special hotels, I chose Asia Leisure for the last night because it is a new hotel in 2018. It is indeed new and I was not disappointed. Meals: Two restaurants, we ordered food and spent 26,000 rupees, which is still very cost-effective. Breakfast is a cafeteria, and children need to make up the difference. Location: 15 minutes walk from Galle Fort, it is very convenient to go there by tutu for 300-400 rupees. Supporting facilities: The sight of the outdoor swimming pool is great, you can see the sea view and the towering ancient city, because it is located in the air outlet, it is only open until 8 o'clock every night. The types of equipment in the gym on the G floor are average.

We had an excellent stay at Ceylon Olive for three nights in August 2023. The warm welcome you feel continues throughout your stay as the staff are amazing that they take care of you with every little help. We were treated like a part of the family from the arrival and the owner Kumudu invited us to have meals together with his family, which was a great experience. The food was amazing with authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. We felt that the hotel was a hidden gem in Galle, with five-minute Tuk Tuk drive away from Unesco world Heritage site of Dutch Fort and stunning Unawatuna beach. Ceylon olive was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. The pool, outdoor shower, stunning rooms, and peaceful environment were among the best. A super hotel with good facilities and a good location. The buffet breakfast is comparable to the standard of lunch and dinner. The hotel’s open-air saltwater swimming pool is clean and buoyant. It faces the sea and makes waves. It’s amazing. The family suite we stayed in, open the skylight, the sun shines in, it is too comfortable.

My review, of course, will not be about this hotel, but about the hotel of this chain, Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. We booked a room at the Thaproban Beach House Hotel, when we came to check in, it turned out that our reservation at this place was missing, and we had a reservation at the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa. Thanks to the Trip.com team for helping us understand and resolve issues. And the Thaproban Pavilion Resort & Spa turned out to be much better than the Thaproban Beach House. True, it is not on the beach, but the beach is 5-7 minutes away. The hotel is super, all the amenities, large rooms overlooking the ocean. Very tasty breakfasts, 2 swimming pools on site, one with salt water. In general, I highly recommend the hotel. We really liked it. And we never regretted that we moved into it.

We recently stayed 11 days at this hotel and it did not disappoint. All of the members of staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The decor of the hotel is lovely, full of character and immaculately clean. We had a ground floor suite which was stunning. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and all the meals that we had were excellent. After visiting other hotels in the area we definitely felt that we had made the right choice. Fantastic for a relaxing holiday for all of the family! I stayed few times at this hotel of which one time 2 months. It is central and close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and there is also a communal kitchenette. The owner gave me access to the gym for free which was ofcourse a great service. I had room number one which gave me full view to the ocean as well as the backside village which I really enjoyed. I highly recommend this place
