Dear makemytrip, i am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service i received during my recent stay at hotel chandra palace. As a frequent traveler, i understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues i encountered during my stay were unacceptable. Here are the details of my experience: -air conditioning malfunction. -unresponsive staff. When i approached the front desk to address the air conditioning issue, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of urgency and failure to provide a solution added to my frustration. -housekeeping oversight: additionally, my room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had visible stains, and the bed linens were wrinkled and disheveled.
