The room was clean, and the cleaning and linen changes were thorough. It's a little far from the center, but it's right in front of the subway station and close to a shopping mall, so it's easy to eat out.

非常差，服務員態度巨差，沒一句好話。而且外賣需要跑到前台自取，頭一回聽説這樣的，不讓外賣小哥送到房間門口，酒店又不幫忙送，非要顧客跑上跑下自取，典型地又怕擔責又懶。這個價位這種服務真是頭回見了，大家千萬別來住，一住一個後悔。避雷！

房間非常寬敞，還專門升級了，方便入住。景觀房可以看到星海大橋，服務也很到，出門就是地鐵，而且周邊就是盒馬，萬達，漫咖啡，吃飯購物很方便，住在這個地方一號線直達星海廣場，又正好離開熱門線路反方向，晚上看完星海廣場回酒店就跟人流反方向，地鐵，打車都不會擁擠。

環境衞生不錯，乾淨整潔。
緊靠着海事大學門口，地鐵站輕軌交通方便，錦輝萬達商圈繁華，超級推薦。
設施齊全，很新，但是房間空調不給力，出風口幾乎沒風。。。。早餐的中餐種類太少，連基本的鹹菜等都沒有，卻有豐富的西餐，受不了。

其他還好，但地毯散發強烈刺激氣味是很大的問題，薰到嗓子痛！工作人員説是太陽曬了後，地毯有味道，可地壇本身材質合格的話，怎會如此？本質還是地壇材質不合格，易揮發毒害物質導致！

我陪孩子去上學，孩子粗心把開學的錢丟在酒店了，由於第二天開學走的匆忙，第二天才發現一個袋子丟在酒店，裏面有三四千的現金，再找酒店，前台也説幫忙找，結果找不到，我們家長在外地，又不知道如何處理。這樣的酒店大家注意，少住為好。
