Nice hotel and the staff is nice and helpful. We stayed one night on our way home from holiday and it was absolutely perfect for two adults and two teenagers. Quiet area where we could sleep with open windows without hearing noise from outside.

Wir reisen relativ viel und können auch Unterschiede machen und bewerten. Das Hotel hat eine nicht so schöne Umgebung - ist dafür aber sehr zentral gelegen und nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und dem Kultur- Kongresszentrum (in dem wir eine Show gebucht hatten) entfernt. IDEAL ! Das kleine Hotel ist gut eingerichtet und auch sauber. Überrascht hat uns der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück. Beides kann sehr gut mit grösseren und mehrsternigen Hotels mithalten. Der Frühstücksraum ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet hat uns überrascht und hat von uns die Note 1 mit Sternchen, Plus und Bienchen :-) Frische, Auswahl und Qualität war hervorragend und hat uns keinen Grund zum Meckern gegeben. Obwohl ICH da keine Hemmungen habe ;-) Insgesamt: alles gut und falls wir mal wieder Gera besuchen sollten - sind wir gern wieder in diesem Hotel zu Gast !!!!

Sehr nettes Personal! Das Familienzimmer ist super! Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet! Ein safe im Zimmer wäre noch toll aber insgesamt war alles tip top. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der Highlights, sehr vielfältig, super lecker, frisch gemachtes Rührei, Müsli, vieles hausgemacht! Einfach nur super! Auch die Lage ist super und es gibt Parkplätze, die zum Hotel gehören! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleineres, familiär geführtes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Zentrumsnah, an Marktplatz und den Shopping Centern gelegen, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Gemütlich eingerichtete, geräumige Zimmer mit guten Betten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bemerkenswert ist perkete Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen des Hauses

Die Betten sind sehr gut. Man kann sehr gut schlafen. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Sehr nettes Personal. Wenn man auf Geschäftsreise ist kann ich es nur empfehlen. Frühstück ist von 6:30 bis 10 Uhr. Wo hat man sowas noch? Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Komme gerne wieder hier her.

Wir waren leider nur kruz in ihren Hause,das Personal und alle die wir begegnet sind waren sehr aufgeschlossen was uns nicht gefallen hat das kein kleiner Inbiss abends dar war! Das Führstück ist sehr reichlich es war von allen was da So was ist bestimmst auch abends möcklich

Für unseren Mädelsabend sehr zufrieden mit Zimmer und ausstattung Betten sehr gut, sauber. Service sehr freundlich. F ahrstuhl. Beleuchtung könnte ein wenig besser sein in den Zimmern.Lage in Ordnung Parkplatz nur etwas klein und gebührenpflichtig.
