Don’t ever book this property if you actually want a good night stay. On January 1, 2021 room was booked at this comfort Inn and suites and the person behind the desk at three in the morning said a deposit was needed. It was a room for my grandson and his credit card was not working because it was a holiday the banks couldn’t correct the issue. I wanted them to put the charges on my credit card but they needed a form signed. By this point it’s almost 4 in the morning and I had no access to a printer and a scanner. The person behind the counter became very rude so the room was already booked and paid for I had to get cash to my grandson and when he came back with cash for the deposit he was denied access to the room because this front desk clerk felt I was not courteous enough to him. So by this time it’s five in the morning the room was paid for the deposit was there and he had to find a different place to go. When I tried to fill out the form and ask them to send it to me he hung the phone up on me and kept hanging up on all my calls as I was trying to get a hold of him. Now I have been charged almost $100 for a room that was never used. I have never encountered anybody like this person in my life. The next hotel that we went to was extremely accommodating and did all they could to help. Therefore if you look and see all this one star reviews they are more than justified. I’m going to try to get a hold of the manager and see what he’s going to do about my hundred dollars I will write a follow up after I talk to him.

THERE IS NO QUALITY AT THIS QUALITY INN!! I arrived a Saturday evening for a two nite stay on business. I (king bed with fridge) When I checked into the room I noticed immediately that the refrigerator did not work. Anyone using insulin knows that it must stay refrigerated. I called front desk and was told by (Kiya) that they had no more rooms. I asked if another refrigerator could be brought up to the room. I was told it would take a while. I left and came back 3 hrs later to be told that I was moved to another room. I packed up my things and lugged them to another room when I get in that room it has 2 double beds a tiny tv an the AC unit was in pieces! I called front desk again. I was told that room was an upgrade. I told (Kiya) this wasn't acceptable and that switching me from a room with no fridge to a room with no AC was not what I called an upgrade. Kyia tells me. There is nothing she can do. I said I was coming to the office. When I got there I was told the manager wasn't in until the morning.I repeatedly told Kiya that my insulin had to be refrigerated and that I refused to stay in a room with no AC! A housekeeper came and offered her boyfriends muscle to move a working fridge to my room. Kyia stated that arguing with her wasn't her thing and that I could leave the premises if I didn't stop complaining. With all other hotels in the area booked for the nite and Kiya rolling her eyes and snapping her neck I went back to the original room;when I got settled in with a working fridge. I went to turn on the tv only to find out it hadn't been programmed so I called front desk again! They came and programmed the tv. I was told the side of the building I was on was under redecorating! (So why put me in a unusable room) I later went to use the sink to brush my teeth only to find out the sink was CLOGGED the washcloth had HAIR on it! By this time I am tired of calling Kiya and her attitude and it was 10pm. I took a shower in the grimy shower and tried to rest.I got up the next morning spoke to the manager (Jessica) who was very polite and just kept apologizing for Kiyas attitude. Needless to say I Did NOT stay another nite!

Great hotel that was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby and stuff to do. Pool was great. Breakfast was meh but typical for this kind of hotel. I got a great rate and would stay here again and again if I could get the same deal. I would recommend it!

The room is not soundproof. The staff is super good. But a man next door is still calling at two or three in the morning. The sound is so loud. Every word can be heard clearly. I have been playing and talking to the front desk. It becomes a whisper and then 5 in the morning. Keep playing at 6 o'clock, the sound is so loud that it wakes us both directly
