We paid over PLN 4,000 for the Easter package in the Wilhelma Apar**ent (3 nights, 2 people), and PLN 2,400 for Friends in a double room. The hotel is pleasant, the food is tasty. BUT... Exactly - why only 2 points in the assessment? Well, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and I certainly won't go back there again! The price-to-service ratio is completely inadequate considering that you are in the Ventus hotel in Gołdap and not the Hilton in Dubai. Paid coffee with dinner (espresso PLN 12), mineral water in the room minibar in the most expensive apar**ent PLN 12 for 300 ml of water!!! A scandal and simply a rip-off. I couldn't help but feel that the management was trying to go as far as they could to effectively scare away guests. We didn't feel well welcomed, just a bit full in the bottle... Never again!
