我從來不給差評的，此間賓館服務質量特別差，服務員都是五六十歲老婦女，態度惡劣，房間連一卷衞生紙都沒有，更別説免費的瓶裝水，衞生狀況也不好，地面到處污垢臟兮兮的。
另外，我是2022年6月23日，6月24日，6月25日入住的，23日通過攜程網預訂，app上交了一天的費用，因為工作原因，24號、25號繼續入住，老闆娘叫我不要在攜程上續訂繳費，攜程很坑人，叫我直接在前台掃碼交錢，價格還是按攜程的價格，26號退房後，我總覺得不對，我也是做生意的人，我是通過攜程才找到你的賓館，你甩掉攜程中飽私囊，這樣是不道德的。沒有攜程的便捷，我怎麼會認識你九鑫賓館？沒有攜程的監管，你的賓館質量無法提升，客人也得不到應有的保障。況且你私自收的費用跟攜程網上價格一樣！我覺得這個店的老闆娘、服務員太坑了，要入住的朋友，請三思！
