房間乾淨整潔，特別exotic，空間也很大，雖然是巖洞，但出奇的乾淨；
早餐很豐盛好吃，店主和工作人員都很熱情友善，對旅行行程有任何問題都可以諮詢他們，在reception還看到了店主的收藏，都是各國遊客住客送給他們的禮物；
交通很方便，小鎮是有穿梭小巴可以直接送到酒店門口，這家店位置超級好，距離網紅餐廳topdeck很近，還有一家賣紀念品的商店，是小紅書上很火的；
重點：露台是有一些墊子，可以坐在上面看到熱氣球，出房間就能看到熱氣球真的很好；酒店還有一衹小狗和一衹小貓，可以陪你一起吃早餐～

我訂的loft房型，佈置的很漂亮，是很有當地特色的石屋酒店，位置相當好，在格雷梅最繁華的地段，出門走不遠就有公交站台，離露天博物館2公里左右，老闆人很好很熱情，小院很漂亮很出片

首先，酒店的地理位置優越，坐落在卡帕多奇亞壯麗的自然風光中心，四周被奇形怪狀的巖石和石灰石構成的“仙人煙囱”環繞。酒店本身就是鑿入巖石中的，擁有數百年的歷史，充滿了古老的氣息和神祕的色彩。
房間內部保持着原始的巖石風格，但同時也不乏現代的舒適設施。床鋪舒適，裝飾雅緻，每一個細節都展現出土耳其傳統的精緻手工藝。尤其值得一提的是，房間內的保温效果非常好，即使在夜晚外部温度驟降，室內依舊温暖如春。
服務方面，酒店的工作人員非常友好和專業。他們不僅提供日常的客房服務，還積極幫助安排當地的旅遊活動，比如熱氣球飛行、徒步旅行和歷史遺跡的探索。每一個建議都體現出他們對卡帕多奇亞地區的熱愛和熟悉。

衞生很一般，毛巾上還能看見污漬。我們訂的家庭石屋房，一張特大床和一張單人床。單人床就是一個床墊套了被罩，連床單都沒有。早餐也非常差，每天都是一樣的幾個醬，燕麥、薯條、洋葱圈、sausages和煎蛋，沒了。前台小哥的服務態度還不錯的。

It’s was one of the best hotels in Türkiye. When we checked in at about 5pm after our tour, the receptionist welcomed us with warm Turkish tea and proceeded with the checkin procedures. He even gave us some suggestions of some best restaurants with some local must-try dishes. He took our bags to our room which was a cave like. The minibar had tea, coffee and water with kettle. Amenities like shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner were provided. The next morning we had breakfast in the upstairs restaurant which was very cosy. The staff engage with the guests asking if we slept ok or if we needed anything. We had to check out after breakfast to go to our tour and they suggested we keep our suitcases in their office and to pick it up when we’re back. They welcomed us back at about 4pm and proposed we relax and wait for the transfer on their terrace to enjoy the panoramic view. When the transfer came, they helped us with the luggage. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our first time in Cappadocia, hotel very authentic for area, cave rooms interesting option, however has no view over city, however the restaurant area on the upper level has excellent view and an a**osphere. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast great and food authentic Turkish, made by a local chef. Location great, five minute walk to main city area with variety of restaurants. Will recommend it highly 🇹🇷👍🏽

Nice, classically furnished, stone built hotel. There are a range of rooms, some built of stone blocks, some cut out of the bedrock and some a mixture of the two. Comfortable communal areas and a welcoming breakfast/sitting room. Breakfast was excellent, being a mix of buffet and hot food cooked to order. Lots of thoughtful touches in the decor and generally a feel-good place to stay.

The night guy receptionist and the day receptionist they are super friendly and very helpful all the staffs are friendly the hotel itself one of the best location in Göreme I highly recommended this place fantastic view cave rooms would definitely come back again Thank you for having me in your beautiful hotel.
