Was a quick late booking as we were late sorting this, what a great surprise ! Lovely location and staff, clean functional room, great food in restaurant, in a suburb location which was also lovely. Highly recommended ☝️secure parking on site, WiFi, en suite and cheap as chips 👍

We didn't expect too much from a hotel in the suburbs of Bordeaux so were very surprised to find such quality at a reasonable price. Set back from the road with a pretty courtyard garden, a good bar/restaurant and a free car park nearby it would make an excellent base from which to explore the area. Staff were most helpful finding us a room suited to one of who is a little handicapped.

Hotel was clean but twin room was very small and a bit tired. No wash basin in toilet.
The breakfast was comprehensive and good value, good bar and restaurant facilities.
Best of all were the staff, all very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay again but pay a little more for a bigger room.

Situated in a typically charming small French town, on a quiet high street lined with well tended planters, this beautiful ivy covered hotel is lovely. There wasn’t a lift, I was led up a staircase by a friendly and welcoming receptionist, along a slightly shabby corridor to a lovely room with its balcony over a fountain in a wisteria lined courtyard. The room was clean and quiet. I had a lock up garage for my car.
I was very happy with my stay.

old, small room, smell of cold tobacco, no heating, dirty sheets and blankets, dilapidated furniture. I rather had the impression of having a room which would be made available to the staff for convenience.
I wondered if we don't classify customers according to their method of booking: directly or through a platform!!
I did not contact reception because I think they know their establishment and knew very well the type of room provided

Very expensive for the service. Very small room.. Bathroom with mixer taps (several decades since I had seen one), a bathtub with a poor shower curtain, very high toilets while the toilet paper dispenser is very low, the old carpet in all common areas and the room... Certainly we will not come back. Too bad because the hotel is well located and the exterior is pleasant. Does not deserve 3 stars except for the price paid.

The house has good potential but is equipped with little taste - somewhat in the Ibis style, plastic bathroom. The most disturbing thing for me was the noise in the night, because we were waiting for something to be delivered in a rattling metal cart at 4 a.m., and we were waiting for the neighbor to flush the toilet or turn on the tap. In short, it's hard to sleep well. And if you don't sleep well the day is hard... especially if you stay several days.

Night stay with dog. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and there are sufficient parking spaces. My room had a balcony overlooking a courtyard with trees and a decorative fountain. The bed was very good. At the reception there were probably family members who had a very friendly and personal contact. The breakfast is not sensational but ok. The surroundings of the hotel are great. A nice choice of restaurants, a park for dog walking and little car traffic.
