Hadn't stayed for a number of years but wasn't disappointed at all. Standards still really good. Great service, comfortable, great food and very clean. Only problem was the worn out double bed. Had to sleep upside down to avoid the dip in the bed. Could do with a better bar layout since some of the tables feel like being in a corridor area with staff entrances all around. Otherwise a great hotel. We will be back

Everything was amazing! My and my partner stayed in the couples deluxe suite to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. The bed was the comfiest bed ive ever slept in and the room was absolutely stunning. I experienced something that I've never experienced before when we attended breakfast. I have a serious nut allergy and somehow the man who seated us knew. (I think Moses was his name?) I was treated like a queen, I was seated and everything was brought fresh from the kitchen to me to avoid cross contamination with nut products. He told me that the chef knew I was coming and every procedure would be followed to keep me safe and to keep me from any possible cross contamination. This was absolutely amazing. I have been turned away from restaurants many times before because it would be ”too risky” to serve me. I couldn't believe the treatment and I will tell everyone about my experience. And we will definitely be back again. Thank you for this!
